The staff is accommodating here, the services are excellent, and location is amazing adjacent to Close to transportation, main sights, and Rialto bridge where can take ferry to MP airport directly. The hotel rooms are very well furnished with en suit bathroom, minibar/fridge, as for instance.

We stayed here before; the staff is very hospitable and responsible and the rooms are unique. Everything was perfect, though a few employees were very rude. Our room had a comfortable bed and a lovely view. Its location was magnificent, short walk to the water taxi stops, Like the Piazza san Marco or the Rialto bridge and Rialto bridge and the boat stop. Our stay there was very good.

Its location was magnificent, close to landmarks, and in a crowded area. The room I booked was kept clean and available in the classic venetian style.

Exceptionally comfortable place with lovely views of street. Spotless and luxurious room, amazingly nice staff at reception desk for us. Modern bathroom, and climate control and a safe. Marvellous and amazing location, good area, next to De Mamo restaurant, San Marco & Rialto bridge and all the main sights.

Generally, the place was quaint and had absolutely perfect staff at reception desk for us. Had very central location close to the attractions. We enjoyed the room on the lower floors, the bed was lovely.

Dreadful views and Wi-Fi was very poor.

Everything was great, excellent service, FANTASTIC location right by restaurants and shops and water taxi, Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square and most of the main turistic places of Venice. The staff was exceptionally kind and amazingly nice, and with great personal attitude.

We had a romantic bedroom.

The hotel was in a central setting close to water transport which made it very handy. I had the guest room which was new-fashioned and silent. It offered friendly service and fab food too.

The property is fairly clean; quiet and luxurious rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. The location is very central. Plus it's set in the good area. Offers helpful service and freshly made food.

We were there for 3 days, everything was great, truly enjoyed its marvellous and stunning location short walk to Rialto water taxi and all the main sights, the center and Rialto and De Mamo restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed how lovely and incredibly beautiful the property was. The beds were lovely and the deluxe double room itself was tidy and perfect. The breakfast was great with the worst coffee, and the food was fresh. The location was marvellous, very close to the canals, in the lovely area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with terrace. It was decorated in the great design and we used a safe, central heating, and coffee and tea making equipment.

The location in a central area was unbeatable and there were a main shopping street and shopping streets nearby. I was surprised at nearby Caffe Molinari, they had some goodies, drinks.

Fantastic and amazing location, we were near all the main tourist attractions, historical sites and the center and Rialto. It also was on foot or on the water bus.

I took a perfect little and unique room with delicious coffee as well as terrace. Location: the hotel was very close to many tourist spots, the Rialto Bridge on one side and central Venice.

The room was kept clean and available with bedroom and terrace. Having shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet was a bonus.

My room with a private balcony which was great was reasonably spacious and very well furnished. The morning breakfast was delicious and great with croissants, bread rolls and toast or eggs.

The place is lovely and has awesome location easy to get to from bus terminal. The breakfast is great with the worst coffee, had fresh food. The rooms are exceptionally nice and accommodating with a balcony, many windows, for example and the staff are kind.

The rooms extremely spacious and luxurious with ensuite bathroom, the classic Venetian style, for example. Marvellous and particularly good location at a medium distance from a cathedral church.

thank you everyone for a fine stay for the two nights of our stay. the staff was attentive, pleasant, and everything was perfect. they had an easy check-in. the location was perfect and best possible, within walking distance of a classical 17th - century palace. the hotel was a nice place for enjoying a calm area.

The location is incredible and handy, 1 km from a cathedral church. It is found in a lovely area close enough to the Rialto bridge, water taxi and Venice. Make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with the view of the street.

All the staff were courteous and perfect, the breakfast was delicious with toast and fresh croissant, for instance.

We didn't like the bed, it was too firm.
