Memorable stay in an absolutely charming and great hotel. Clean room with lovely beds, climate control, a mini-refrigerator, and a dresser. Courtyard view, lovely and kind staff.

Truly enjoyed it during our lovely stay. Our location was stunning by ferry from Porec in Croatia where they had the most horrendous storm. The room was great-sized with couch and the hotel had quiet atmosphere. All the employees were efficient. The good service and the attention to detail!

All in all everything was modern, had a real good stay on my previous visit in 2008. The helpful enough staff gave good recommendations.

Every visit to Venice we like to stay here. Beautifully designed and neat place, the rooms are good-sized and well heated. It has incredible location to see a historic canal bridge. The employees are excellent and competent. The ambiance is quiet.

This stunningly beautiful and gorgeous hotel occupies a neat building in the Italian style. The rooms are immaculate with a double bed, so that guests have essentials. The location is comfortable, it's in Cannaregio district close enough to restaurants, supermarket, CASA MARTINI, which is very strategically located at a 5/7 mnt walk frm St Lucia station, and cheap cafes and bars.

We had the deluxe triple room and it was luxury and complete with four poster bed, a big bathroom, comfortable matress. The service was exceptional, the food was cheap. The staff were nice, the location was marvellous and incredible.

The staff was really helpful providing the information. The room I booked was refurbished to a vintage style as well and available with couch, double bed plus functioning air conditioning.

The location is lovely, close to restaurants, bacari, scenic spots and museums and a pedonal bridge. All the staff members are efficient.

It is a pleasant and unique property located in Cannaregio district next to Casa Martini, the railway station, and Venice. The hotel boasts central location near a river with a water bus stop for one of the main bus routes.

We enjoyed rooms with double bed. The location was central, just off main metro station, restaurants and Venice. The staff was welcoming and amiable all the time...

The staff was attentive, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. I had the deluxe quadruple room which was stylish and immaculate. The bed was comfortable and I had a private bathroom.
