The view to river is fantastic, the room is reasonably spacious and luxurious. They offer an individual safe, an air conditioning, and a mini bar.

Stayed in well-appointed double room with sofa. The location offered was absolutely perfect and excellent short walk to the Piazza San Marco, the Rialto bridge and St Mark's square and St Marks square.

The hotel was right by St Mark's Square, and somewhere to stay in Venice thanks to its magnificent location. I checked out an art museum, that was set within easy walking distance of the property.

The location is marvellous and good, as the hotel is based right next to the canal. It has fabulous and beautiful rooms with sofa to feel comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and really care about the guests. We will come back, thanks for the really great stay.

We appreciated the hotel, it was perfect little and stunningly beautiful and had incredible location just off canal and Rialto Bridge and the Piazza San Marco. The staff was very helpful and absolutely kind - we would come here again.

The location is excellent and fantastic, not far from all site seeing, shops, restaurants as well as the Rialto bridge and St Mark's square - couldn't be better. For tea and goodies visit Marmi's Cafe, located close by.

The room was spotless and well-appointed with sofa, had the best night sleep. The location was perfect and magnificent, you can visit Saint Mark's Square by walking.

Iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and flat-screen TV in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Incredible view over city. Unbeatable and magnificent location right next to the canal, and 5 minute walk from a landmark bridge. Very helpful and absolutely kind people working here:)))

Everything was lovely, personnel was incredibly kind. The room was beautiful and luxurious, included iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment and flat-screen TV. The view over city was INCREDIBLE. The location was absolutely perfect for first time visitors to Venice.
