Rich and incredibly nice breakfast with good coffee and locally baked cakes and meats - well worth the money. Very central location, at a walking distance from Palazzo Pisani Moretta.

A little noisy room.

We walked everywhere, the location was handy and incredibly comfortable, to take to the train station. What's more, it was next to San Marco square and all the main ferry stations, San Marco and Rialto, and the main sights

In relation to the great price paid, it was wonderful old place to stay with welcoming service. The staff, everyone, was gentle and amiable. The location was amazing and fantastic hard to find after being dropped of by water taxi, minutes away from a boat dock.

There were extremely comfy beds and an individual safe, climate control, and a work desk inside the room. It had a GREAT and fantastic location close to the bus / taxi, and all main attractions.

The breakfast was rich with coffee or tea, great food. The location for Venice was great, close to canal, the vaporetto stop, which did n't seem worth the effort to haul bottles of water, and Accademia bridge in the other.

TBH, the room was a little loud, we expected better.

The staff was extremely friendly and gentle, as well as host. The room was airy and average sized with a shower and a hair dryer in the private bathroom. Excellent location on a quiet residential canal, all was perfect.

The room was clean and recently refurbished and available with a queen sized bed. The decor was nice and the staff were really friendly and gentle.

There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was great. All the staff was really friendly, fixed my issues. It had amazing location with access to an art gallery nearby...

Our experience was amazing from the moment we checked in, would stay here again. We appreciated this hip new hotel. Varied and exceptionally nice breakfast, best ever had, with pastries, Italian meats and cheese.

Terrific service, I appreciated it. The deluxe quadruple room I stayed in was modern with private bathroom.

Charming old and fabulous accommodation with amazing setting really close to restaurants, and the water bus and the airport bus. Welcoming stuff, huge, airy rooms for our teenage children. Plenty of facilities such as: an individual safe, climate control and a work desk. Amazing service overall.

Fabulous hotel, it was overall clean, and the staff was welcoming and pleasant. I loved having varied breakfast with coffee or tea.

Everything was nice, including thoughtful staff and unbeatable location to the water taxis to return to the airport. Spotless, tastefully decorated units provided with blankets available, very spacious bathroom and free bottle of mineral water.

The service was friendly, generally, it was a great value place to stay. The accommodation had a very central location to the water taxis to return to the airport. It was also so close to Venice in December, which did n't seem worth the effort to haul bottles of water, and Palazzo Ducale. Appreciated my stay.

Well internet connection was weak, and there was not comfortable bed in my room.

The bed was comfortable, so at night I slept well. Morning meal food was good! Rooms and hotel are very clean. Location is perfect.
