The location was good and handy and the private parking was on site.

The breakfast itself was fairly basic, can definitely be improved.

We had a big bedroom. The offered breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable with made-to-order coffee.

It boasts marvellous and handy location close to the train station, the airport and walkable location and a bus stop into central Venice. Plus, it is set 4 km from Saint Anne's Well.

The hotel's location was comfortable and ideal, close to the bus stop to Venice with supermarkets and shops within walking distance.

Spotlessly clean place with courtyard views and incredibly nice and pleasant staff. Nicely furnished and neat rooms with private bathrooms and coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge. Great location, safe area. Only 10 minutes walk from Tessera centre. Contemporary atmosphere, stunning restaurant.

The property is impeccably clean with a nice design, and the continental breakfast is savoury. The room is nicely furnished and neat, the staff are pleasant people on the reception desk on the 11th. The hotel's location is excellent and beautiful, just off VCE / Marco Polo aeroporto, the airport on time for flight and the alleys and stairs of venice.

When we checked in, guest room with double bed was ready. The breakfast was savoury with a wide range of goodies. The pool area was very clean and the location was convenient and perfect, not far from Venice airport, Marco Polo, restaurant and a beautiful garden.

Staying here for an overnight stay was very nice, totally recommendable. Truly enjoyed the hotel, it is superior and impeccably clean, has good and stunning location down the Amalfi coast. The continental breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes and bacon and eggs, for example. The room we had included a balcony and a kettle.

I had a functional standard room with a pleasant view of the garden. The bathrooms here were fairly clean. It was in a particularly good location close to The Grave of a Nazi Dog. The breakfast was wonderful, I would stay there again.

Really handy and perfectly comfortable location near Marco Polo aeroport, all was really good. What's more, we were around 4-6 minutes' walk from Santa Maria Assunta.

We didn't feel like leaving, can't recommend highly enough. The hotel met the purpose, it was a real good stay for follow up visit. The staff was helpful.

The breakfast looked very tasty and enjoyable, with many options, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it.

Tbh Wi-Fi was very spotty, and the bed was a bit hard.

The room was brand-new and the location really handy, to a covered terrace area. What's more, it was next to Lido Di Jesolo as well as buses.

Loved how the decent sized and fashionable standard room with french windows onto a very pleasant colonnade was arranged when we arrived. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable with croissants, bacon and eggs, homemade cakes and the ambiance was contemporary.

The place was quaint and had consistently courteous and pleasant staff on the reception desk on the 11th, loved the stay. The room was well-appointed and nice styled and what's more - included a roll in shower, a hair dryer and a bidet. The location was excellent and perfect for traveling around Tessera, very close to bus to go to Venice by public transportation, the rural nature of the grounds and the picturesque buildings and the city centre. Stopped by Panificio Salin to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

The location turned out to be really handy and perfectly comfortable, next to the center, the train station and fabulous Padua. Luckily it was close to Panificio Salin, had pastries there when it was cold outside.

The guest room is updated, we also loved nice views. A bathroom is equipped with a bidet. They provide many type of service - lovely bar, very good wi-fi, shuttle to the island.

Plenty of amazing food for meals. Updated unit with double bed on the mezzanine level. What a marvellous location in built up area!

I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the balcony had incredibly beautiful views of the garden.

This hotel was excellent home base for exploring Venice, liked it and venue’s efficient staff at the reception desk. The location was HANDY, short walk to airport and dining, the centre of Venice and Venice. A cool bonus was Panificio Salin, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

We had wheelchair accessible room with the bathroom, balcony and very good beds, which was important. Extra facilities such as a coffee maker and refrigerators were really useful.

the setting is incredible, it's short walk to the bus line as well as the airport. the staff is attentive and the food is tasty. make sure you stay in the guest room with very good beds.

I ate at a lovely restaurant with great Italian food at affordable prices.
