It boasts absolutely ideal location right by Accademia water bus stop, Tronchetto bus station and St Mark's Square.

Everything was great, amazing location in the main area, the staff were accommodating.

Loved our stay here and didn't want to say goodbye. We all had a relaxing stay in this quiet hotel. All the personnel was helpful and flexible. This property had a central position in a quiet area.

The location couldn't be more marvellous and awesome by the canal. The rooms turned out to be airy and neat with big closets and 4 individual beds. Good people were working here.

The rooms were fairly quiet with locker, you feel like home. Location: the hotel was right by Tronchetto bus station, the Venician alleyway, and lots of restaurants.

location: the hotel was close enough to the center of town, and main sights. also, it was close to san samuele.

The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, a wide canal was within walking distance of the hotel.

Recommend it and we would definitely go again. The stuff is good and kind, as well as host.

All in all absolutely ideal setting close to the whole Venice, galleries, lots of restaurants, St Mark basilica and other sightseeing attractions and the center of Venice. Very amiable staff and the room a nice size with big lock up cupboard and a thin curtain.

The location near academia was comfortable and absolutely ideal. And it was also short walk to the square and a water taxi and the accademia and s. The rooms were all tidy and beautiful by a thin curtain.

We had a fairly nice time. Got to the bus stop within 20 minutes walk, as it has marvellous location...

Quiet and great hotel in Venice, excellent location very close to Palazzo Barbaro. The rooms with kitchen, bathroom, as example.

The room was spacious with big lock up cupboard as well as a thin curtain and I felt very comfortable. The staff was very kind and kind, as well as host. The location was marvellous - ease of access to a grand opera house. The hotel itself was in a central area, so close to historical monuments, hotels nearby and the whole Venice.

The welcoming stuff working throughout the hotel. Marvellous and prime location in the nice quiet area, so close to the railway station, and alleys. For tea or coffee visit Art Blu Caffe nearby.

The venue's position was central. We enjoyed that it was close to a bus stop.

The hotel is impeccably clean, has views of the garden. The location is prime, 2 km from Doge's Palace. Furthermore, it's really close to Venice, the center and galleries.

Nothing too much trouble, a such great experience, would stay here again. The staff is kind, and the host too. The venue is placed in a central position near Accademia😀🙂
