Quiet central and perfect location, right near Saint Mark's Square. Also - short walk to the most tourist places in venezia, all the main attractions, and even better.

The staff members were all nice, the rooms were extremely spacious and fairly quiet with a double bed, shared kitchen, for instance. Btw, the airport was 15 km away.

Really beautiful area, very central location just off the airport, and the train station. Situated only 1 km from a wide canal.

Everything is nice here, had a real good stay of 5 nights. The room is beautiful and cosy with a kitchen. There are WiFi and climate control - that's always a plus.

Thank you very much for a really good stay of 5 nights. The personnel is excellent. It has incredible, lovely setting, near a ferry terminal and sights to see, the center of Venice and the Rialto bridge and water bus transport. They serve fab food, have plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel was clean and staff were very very helpful, everything was perfect. The room was a nice size, had tidy shared bathroom. The beds were amazing, and the breakfast was free. The atmosphere created was quiet. The location was nice, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a grand showpiece square. It was located in a very nice area near a ferry terminal, all the major attractions, and the St Mark's Square, a lovely place for me. This property met needs!

Absolutely great accommodation with unbeatable setting just next door to rialto, all the major attractions and Lido or Mestre, or, even better, Padova. Simply no complains at all, very good stay.

The food was fab overall. The hotel had a very central position just next door to the main attractions, Italy and Venice...

The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a truly beautiful area, right by Venezia, the Vaporetto and the maze. We were in a magnificent location within a close distance from a grand showpiece square.

The rooms offered are exceptionally comfortable and beautiful with shared bathroom, well equipped kitchen plus excellent heating. The location is very central, short walk to the centre and St Mark's Square, Rialto and the Vaporetto. The staff is excellent, an absolute asset to this the place.

Had a fine stay of 5 nights, no complaints. It had very central location close to Galleria Stampalia. It was located in a truly beautiful area.

very clean room, good bed, free breakfast! the staff are all useful. pizzeria morbidocroccante was 700 feet away from the place.

The breakfast is excellent and the location is quiet. The host was friendly. Liked having a kitchen.
