We think it's a welcome base for staying in Venice. Satisfactory breakfast with yoghourt and rolls, as example, the staff is excellent and amicable.

Think it's good value for Venice. Its location is lovely & wonderful, short walk to a direct water bus. San Marco is a district that deserves exploring.

Marvellous location not far from main attractions and a bus stop. A huge variety of places to visit, such as bars and restaurants close to the hotel.

Good value, everything was perfect and the staff was really friendly and amicable. The room itself was cheap with an extra bed and had the things we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed a cheap restaurant.

The location was amazing and incredible, short walk to st Mark's square, and art galleries, Florence and a direct water bus to airport, greatly enjoyed this place. The beds were big, I slept well.

It was good value with a convenient decor. The location was awesome, not too far from an art museum. Was in a lovely area and close to bars and restaurants. Loved to be not far from a bus station.
