The location is excellent, the staff is pleasant and exceptional. The room is spacious, new-fashioned comes with sparkling wine, biscuits, as for instance.

I thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard. The room with rustic charm. The location couldn't be more great near to the city center.

The superior queen room was fabulous with an iron, a multi-channel television, and a writing desk. The location was central, really close to inexpensive restaurants, Venice attractions and the train station and a hypercrowded Venice. Nice staff, couldn't ask for more.

The breakfast had variety of options: coffee and croissants. The hotel had a central position near bus / train stations, Close to the railway station and the overcrowded tourist spots. Cannaregio district was worth visiting.

The staff was unbelievably rude.

Loved every detail about our fine 1 night stay here. The room we had was brand-new and neat with sparkling wine, comfortable bed, as for instance. The location was excellant and wonderful and the stuff where exceptionally nice. Distance to the airport was just 15 km.

Quiet atmosphere within the hotel, very pleasant staff. Big and beautifully designed rooms with wooden floors and ceilings, fairly nice stay!

Its location was great, in a local area. What's more, it was near the train station and other points of interest in Venice, superb bars, restaurants and transport and transport. Courtyard was perfect for a breakfast.

Absolutely rude staff!

All the staff members were super-friendly and accommodating. Besides, the location was excellent and amazing for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of an ornate footbridge. The restaurant was located within 500 metres.

marvellous location to venezia s lucia train station, easy to get around. and really close to the centre of venice, and the other main attractions. a great selection of options for breakfast in the courtyard.

Thank you for a superb stay. The breakfast offers a wide array of bread, cheese and meats. It has absolutely fantastic rooms with bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are COURTEOUS and informative.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Well decorated and brand-new rooms with wooden floors, comfortable bed and rustic charm, loved it.
