The rooms are brand-new with shared bathroom, A/C, as for instance and the staff are very helpful. It offers excellent, convenient location. Cannaregio is a district that deserves exploring.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was great. The room was big size, provided us with toilet, kettle plus the terrace, it was a such great stay all in all.

Quaint, fairly clean place and beautiful area. Great position: near a train station. A pleasant restaurant on site.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The bedroom was spotless and bright. Great and absolutely perfect location, it was near to the train station. Everyone from the staff was consistently courteous and accommodating.

All in all marvellous and exceptionally nice setting not far from the train station and a very good price for Venice, a cafe nearby which was good, and the main canal and shops and restaurants. Also, near to attractions.

Big size room with bath and with a lot of space.

The beds were comfy and the quadruple room itself was large and functional. And it included a spotless bathroom.

A king room with shared bathroom has basic facilities you need. The employees are very very kind and consistently courteous.

I had a quadruple room included with shower, the bedroom, as example. It was neat and everything was PERFECT. The staff was affable and very helpful which made me feel welcome.

Spent 2 nights here with my family members, had a perfect stay overall. Greatly enjoyed my good basic room with couch and the functional-style building. The hotel had an excellent location, close to a train station.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with couch. The price is just right - £ 99. The location is particularly good and magnificent and the staff is welcoming! There is Filovia serving quick meals 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Overall it was fairly quiet, with a private bathroom. I found the hotel's location marvellous and unbeatable, really close to shops and restaurants as well as a very good price for Venice.

It had marvellous location with access to Riva de Biasio Waterbus nearby. There were shopping streets and a market around the hotel.

I appreciated staying in this quiet and fabulous hotel based in a functional building. The room was big with body towels and the bedroom plus the terrace, and all other comforts. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect for me as it was really close to Venezia as well as main bus station.

The place was clean and staff was polite. Its location a short walk from Papadopoli Gardens was marvellous and unbeatable. There was a nice restaurant, a shopping street and a market next door. The Irish bar was a delightful surprise.

The staff we met was welcoming and courteous. Besides, the location was strategic for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of a wide canal.

It was functional, neat and in the terrace. Its location was excellent, from the main walking path. Besides, we were just off Brek cafeteria, the train station and where the airport buses drop off and the centre.

Didn't like the area, it was quite busy.

It has peaceful secluded location next to all the shops. For tea and goodies visit Pasticceria dal Mas, located close by.

Location: the hotel was so close to Venice, bars and restaurants. Spent our evenings in nearby Trattoria Bar Pontini enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

the location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of a main street. near the train station, it was a real bonus.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay, we would come here again. It is a quirky and simple property located in Cannaregio district so close to Venice, the train station and the attractions. They have warm beverages in the Irish bar.
