The stay here was great for a short visit. Great location - a short way from everywhere we needed.

Didn't like the area, it was not nice.

The hotel was intimate and friendly with unbeatable location very close to Venice after Adriatic cruise October 2016 and train station or islands. We stayed in a triple room with a private safe, central heating, and an iron.

The breakfasts were always satisfactory with fresh fruits and tasty coffee, for instance. Everyone was welcoming and pleasant.

The room was beautiful & newly decorated, with balcony. They provided a great breakfast.

The location was excellent, so away from center and the interior design was nice.

Great location in Marghera close to Very near bus, bus stop and motorway and Easy to get the bus. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Serra dei Giardini. Good-sized units with private bathroom.

The location is marvellous and they have parking on site. Recently renovated, perfect room complete with bathroom, all the necessary features, for example. Kind and very cordial staff as one would expect:)))

The hotel was lovely small and quirky, we strongly recommend. So glad we chose it, spent 1 great day here. This location was excellent, so close to Venice in the convenient way-car / train /, Venice port, railway station and Marcopolo airport and a nearby shopping Mall. It also was in 20 minutes by public transport.

The area was not very nice.

The location was good, 15 km to Marco Polo airport, perfectly reachable. Thanks to a bus stop found minutes from the hotel, I could visit sightseeings. The breakfast was great and had a wide array of food.

The location was excellent and perfect close to the autostrada-convinient for sleep on the way to Marco Polo. And it was also close to Venice in the convenient way-car / train /. We loved a satisfactory meal in the morning.

Good sized rooms with all the necessary features, brand new furniture, for instance, terrific service. Location - MAGNIFICENT, not far from the train station in Venice, Venice after Adriatic cruise October 2016, and Very near bus and train lines.

It was a pleasant stay for a short visit. Everything was really good, I recommend.

had a very good stay for a short visit & would stay here again. location: the hotel was close enough to venezia and convenient. the place was just a walking distance from pizzeria al giardinetto, where you can have dinner. city view was worthy.

Well, the area was not very nice overall.

Fairly clean place accompanied by kind staff. The double room with a balcony as well as private bathroom. Unbeatable location within easy walking distance of Panorama. Based in a pretty nice area.

Quirky hotel, welcoming staff in a peaceful position. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an iron, a work desk and a TV set in the room. Breakfast with tasty coffee. Easy check-in and great service. Location adjacent to train station or islands and Venice. Also, in a quiet residential area. Comfortable experience there.
