Well furnished and spotless units with a pleasant view over street. Location just off the water bus, beautiful Venice and 19' by walk to the train station.

The location couldn't be more magnificent very close to the vaporetto stop yet in a quiet location. I asked for double room with a seperate level, a comfortable setup, all the necessary basics and they kindly provided it. The staff was extremely helpful the whole time of my stay.

We didn't have time, but we will choose it for sure next trip. The room was spotless, beautiful and had a safe box and an iron.

Had an amazing stay here. I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was stunningly beautiful, with great location close to both the Grand Canal and Fondamente Nove and the main shopping street. I was given double room with a safe, a minibar, and central heating: )

Excellent place for exploring Venice. The hotel was clean with nice interior and nestled in a gorgeous building. Lots of goodies for breakfast. The service in general was exceptional.

Amazing accommodation, ideal location outside of the main tourist area, satisfactory breakfast. Well-equipped room with very clean bed and a safe and an iron. Location short walk to a very short walk from the water taxi stop off on the north coast of Venice and the Fondamente Nove water bus stop. For tea or coffee visit Caffe Molinari nearby.

the location was magnificent: a main shopping street and shopping streets were within walking distance. the team provided a perfect service.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the single room with street views, everything was exceptional. There were large beds and a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and a personal safe inside the room. The location was incredible and stunning, close to all the sights. Moreover, it's so close to 19' by walk to the train station as well as the Fondamente Nove water bus stop...

Satisfactory breakfast - variety of meals.

The room I booked was charming little and authentic with a seperate level. A shower, a hairdryer and a bidet were available there. The service was absolutely exceptional.
