Modern rooms on 2 levels, absolutely perfect location.

Arrogant staff!

Here I spent 3 nights and really enjoyed being in this place. It was reasonable base for travelling to Venice, I was glad to stay there. The setting was perfect, just next door to the main square and ferry terminals. The lunch in Ristorante Messner close to the hotel had every choice imaginable. Guest room was gorgeous, the beds were very clean. It was nice having a mini bar, central heating, and an electronic key card.

The location was good for visiting restaurants and wine bars close to the hotel.

The location was amazing - not far from major attractions & reasonably priced restaurants, Rialto Bridge and Accademia Bridge and surrounding areas. Found Osteria al Squero with perfect drinks 300 metres away.

The staff were efficient and affable and knew how to help.

Got the same reasonably spacious room on 2 levels booked online, loved that.

Spent here 2 nice sunny days and would stay here again. The location was particularly good and stunning in the busy area. Set close to restaurants and wine bars, it was a plus.

The place was well-maintained, it worked for me. The hotel was in the central setting in exklusive area. Plus it was 5 mins drive from bacino Orseolo.

The unit we got was exceptionally nice and outstanding with the bedroom, a seperate garden, as example. The garden served a lot of meals for breakfast. The staff was nice and kind and around most of the time.

The weather was warm sunny, had enjoyable stay for weekend or short vacation. The room was gorgeous, updated with exposed beams. The location was good and fab there, easy to go there by water bus.

The hotel was placed in the central location near the Rialto bridge. Updated and tidy units with the nice pictures, a seperate garden, potted flowers etc, and the staff were efficient.

Didn't like the area, it was extremely busy.

Absolutely perfect location in the center of the city made it easy to get to key attractions.

I stayed at the guest room with street view. I loved that there were a mini bar, central heating and an electronic key card. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, within walking distance of a grand opera house.

It was fairly clean with amiable staff. The location was great, so close to Saint Mark's Square.

Had a very very good stay for weekend or short vacation, glad I've chosen it. I had the twin room which was spotless and perfect by his computer. Incredible central location really close to shops, restaurants and St Mark's Square and major attractions & reasonably priced restaurants. And its just a short walk away from Trattoria al Gazzettino, ate there once or twice.

It had very central location close to a baroque church. What's more, it was not far from key landmarks, a lovely wine bar and St Mark's Square.

Came in Venice to relax and have fun, this small hotel was ideal place for doing it. The room I booked was spotless and updated with WiFi and potted flowers etc.

Comfortable bed in the double room, plus a work desk, multi-channel television and a sitting area. Central location, not very far from Saint Mark's Square.
