Residenza Ducato

The location was particularly good, very close to the supermarket, in the fairly NICE area. Street food restaurant Fontego delle Dolcezze was 200 metres away from the place. An electronic key card, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk were available in our apartment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a bidet worked well.

Really enjoyed every detail about my good 5 nights stay here. Its location in Venice was marvellous and awesome, short walk to the train station and all the main attractions. I checked out an ornate footbridge, that was set around 10-15 minutes walk from the property. The whole place had a special atmosphere and I would like to stay longer.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it met every demand. It was a brand-new venue which had terrific service.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had unforgettable 3 days overall. The hotel was in a perfect and amazing location near the city's most popular historic sites, Rialto Bridge and San Marco square and the supermarket. Found time to see San Polo Basilica, that's around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

Had a real good stay here. Nice hotel, particularly good and excellant location, we booked the apartment and enjoyed it. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was great. The service was nice, no complains at all.

Our room was luxury with classic venetian touches and the staff were exceptionally nice and amiable. There were an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and fridges upon arrival.

Facilities were beautiful, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

The units are reasonably large, new-fashioned with classic venetian touches. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave are available.

Nice accommodation with amazing setting really close to beautiful Venezia, the canal and most activities.

In our updated & new-fashioned room there was kitchenette. The location was central, ideal within walking distance to all the key highlights. Terrific service offered in this hotel.

Its location was indeed absolutely perfect and magnificent and only 5 minutes walk from an ornate footbridge. And the area was unique, just next door to the center of Venice and other areas, Rialto Bridge and San Marco square, and central San Marco.

the hotel has marvellous and awesome location right in the centre of venice. the rooms are perfectly appointed and luxury with a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar and a sofa bed. the rate is £ 419, satisfied.

The rooms were spotless and the beds were nice, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Had spotless and huge apartment with classic venetian touches and wake-up service was available in it.
