It was a very good stay, little place. The most important was the staff - helpful and excellent people.

The breakfast offered a great selection of good meals. All the staff was nice and very kind.

15 km away from Marco Polo airport. Spotless rooms complete with coffee or tea, bathroom, for example, very, very nice staff.

Booked the hotel for its best possible location short walk to St Mark's Square, pier san zaccaria and Piazza San Marco. The staff was excellent and affable and responsive to requests. Our room was beautiful and a decent size, included with bathroom, 2 twin beds, as example.

The location was best possible and convenient, just 5 minutes walk from Doge's Palace.

All the staff was helpful, solved my issues. My room included a storage and an air conditioner. It opened onto inner courtyard.

The rooms neat, modern with bathroom, coffee or tea, for example. A huge variety of good food. Location just next door to the square oh St Markus, the train station, and hard to find alley.

It has absolutely perfect, comfortable setting, very close to vaporetto at San Marco Zaccaria, shops and restaurants, and the restaurants. The staff is extremely helpful and exceptionally nice.

The hotel was in a great and amazing location so close to many attractions and pier san zaccaria from st lucia train station, the water taxi, shops, cafes, restaurants, and all the major sites for what we wanted it for. The people were nice and really kind, will exceed the expectations.

i had real good days staying at this good budget hotel. i was travelling to venice for short stay. the location was unbeatable, at a walking distance from doge's palace. besides, it was so close to bars, san marcos square, and the water taxi. the room was pretty nice and with comfortable beds.

The room I was given was brand-new and modern. The location was great, you can visit Saint Mark's Square by walking. There were a bakery and a supermarket around the hotel.

Loved this hotel, had wonderful experience. Everything was great during our stay. We had the quadruple room provided with bathroom, a sofa bed, for instance. Very central location was a plus. You could walk to supermarkets and shops. Even the Marco Polo airport was not so far, 20 minutes drive away...
