The location excellent and particularly good close to everything. Attractively furnished rooms with aircon, a sofa and 3 beds + 2 single and amicable staff.

Its location is wonderful & excellent, adjacent to bars, a bridge that is built to go a sharp left go over that bridge, and all attractions. Don't forget to visit nearby Pasticceria Tonolo, they have best coffee ever.

Booked a room with aircon. The location was particularly good and excellent, near to an excellent supermarket, and shops and restaurants and easily accessible.

Well, the area was abandoned overall.

Its location within walking distance of a cathedral church was marvellous. The staff were very nice and really friendly during our stay.

Romantic and reasonably spacious rooms with chandeliers. Great position in a great neighbourhood. Besides, very convenient to an imposing Gothic-style church.

Got suite with aircon, a sofa, for example as expected. The staff were amiable and always had a smile. The hotel was in an excellent and fantastic location, in a great neighbourhood.

Exceptionally nice breakfast - a wide array of meals. Location: good and great, short walk to restaurants, the Giudecca canal, and an excellent supermarket. Nearby Joker's Cocktails - great place to chill out.

This hotel was quiet little and I loved it.

Truly enjoyed our stay, had good 3 days overall. The stuff was affable and great, always on hand when needed. The setting was quite excellant and fantastic within easy reach of a style church.

This charming hotel occupies a very comfortable building in the Italian style. Everyone who works in the property is fairly friendly and nice. The rooms are attractively furnished with aircon and our experience is good.

amazing central location, just next door to a very good restaurant in venice, a near pizzeria which is very cheap and water taxi. the very-very nice and welcoming staff and their quick responses to my needs. a good choice of products for an exceptionally nice breakfast.

Comfortable place for 2 nights. We loved staff and location here. We were upgraded to studio on check in. Furthermore, they had free WiFi.

Unfortunately, the air con did not work.

Bed was comfortable. Hardly a 15-minute walk from peggy guggenheim collection, which was suitable for us. San Marco district was worth visiting. We loved it...
