There were an iron with ironing board, a kitchen, and a dining area in the room, greatly enjoyed that.

Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a wonderful view. Coffee/tea making machines and glassware were very handy. The location was perfect, to 3 other museums, in the nice area. The hotel met required needs, we will be back.

This was the best possible location just off Palazzo Suite Ducale and the center of the city. We had a very nice stay, loved the place and would stay there again.

The room was not only tastefully decorated, but fashionable too, and had central heating, a work desk, and tea/coffee making equipment. Its city view and really kind staff were the key features!

Greatly enjoyed every detail about our very comfortable 2 nights stay here. The staff, everyone, was very good and understanding. The setting was quite brilliant within easy reach of an enclosed bridge.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, in the heart of the city. Set minute away from eateries and bars, it was a plus.

Stayed for 1 night in this luxurious place, loved that. The room was well-equipped and tastefully decorated and having Netflix and a kitchen in it was handy. Street view was a good bonus.

The location was perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a cathedral church. The hotel was in a pretty quiet area.

All in all, it was handy base for travelling to Venice. The hotel was in a marvellous location close to the main attractions, the nature and the canal. Castello district was worth staying in

Everything was excellent, clean hotel, amazing location to St Mark's Square. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus central heating, a work desk, and tea/coffee making equipment. Nice, lovely bathroom.

The hotel had a quiet and best possible location minutes away from a 16th-century church. It took us approximately 20 minutes' drive to the airport. The staff were qualified and very amiable, and the atmosphere was quiet, mainly due to the staff. In overall the room was well-equipped and a nice size and with a wonderful view.

This hotel was located in a central area really close to ferries for traveling the islands and good bars & restaurants.

Comforts of double room were fabulous - central heating, a work desk and tea/coffee making equipment. A bath was lovely and everything was amazing. The staffs were very friendly & competent. The location was quiet and best possible, just a short walk away from Doge's Palace.

Our room was incredibly spacious with excellent facilities and a wonderful view. The location was brilliant there, in centre of everything.

They offered tastefully decorated and huge rooms with good shower, a nice view, a high ceiling. An electric kettle and glassware were an advantage.

The staff - some of them were extremely rude.
