The place is beautiful small and clean, everything is great, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Plus, the location is excellent and incredible, minutes from a byzantine shipyard. It's in the nice area which is another bonus.

The room was beautiful and attractive, included tea and coffee making equipment, ironing facilities, and a study table. Location: the hotel was very close to 2 supermarkets as well as several qualified restaurants. Spent a nice evening at Osteria Alla Rampa, located quite a walk from the venue.

I booked superior apartment with shower, very comfortable bed, sunlight. The location was perfect and absolutely incredible for walking around a byzantine shipyard.

The venue is beautiful small, clean and the location is magnificent and incredible adjacent to the major major tourist hub, San Marco, the vaporetto station and the Biannale sites, and very Italian square where whole families seem to meet to chat under the trees. Quiet rooms provided with sunlight and shower plus very comfortable bed. Exceptionally pleasant staff with great local knowledge. Incredible location, right at a historic scenic square. Also, in nice neighborhood of Venice.
