The airport was 15 km away. The staff were welcoming and assisted me greatly.

The location next to the Ermengildo Zegna shop was marvellous for us. The standard double room we stayed in was functional with bath and shower.

Fab food for sensational breakfast with gorgeous view of the grand canal. Unbeatable and super location for my holiday.

Thanks a lot for a very nice stay for 3 nights. The staff are amazingly efficient and the room is well-maintained with a double bed. The breakfast is very good, with gondolas bobbing on the waters, pastries plus the treat of seeing the Gondoliers. The location is magnificent and fantastic and they have parking in the hotel. Everything is good about this trendy boutique venue, can't recommend highly enough;))

Most of the staff were consistently courteous. It was a historic building, the rooms were contemporary with romantic ambience.

The hotel is quirky and fairly clean, nestled in a really good building with outstanding view of the sunrise.

Had a standard double room, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location was particularly good and amazing, around 10-15 minutes walk from a wide canal. This hotel was located in a very nice area. The guest room we booked was contemporary.

Special accommodation with fantastic setting right by Piazza San Marco, situated between the San Marco ' bus ' stop and a major tourist destination in Europe. Enjoyable breakfast, recently renovated rooms and extremely comfy beds. Terrific service throughout. Everything great.

Had breakfast in the restaurant, it was very very good with a croissant and a great view of the water traffic and crossaints.

location: the hotel was right by all the big shopping names and quaint shops as well as piazza san marco, the post office, shopping and various restaurants. we had lunch in tuttinpiedi, placed close by.

Everything met expectations and I had a nice stay on our second visit. Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were pleasant and welcoming, location was amazing next to the luxury shops.

The rooms turned out to be contemporary and modern with the same level as the lift. The breakfast was enjoyable with breathtaking view, had everything you could want.

The room was well-maintained with a particularly nice view of the sunrise. The bed was very comfy, I also had a minibar, a coffee machine, and a safe box. It had fantastic location a walking distance from a grand showpiece square.

Wonderful breakfast with variety of meals. Contemporary and neat room, extremely comfy bed. Excellent and incredible location on the waterfront, good for visiting Venice. So close to the Grand Canal at the M & G-fantastic views and the local casino.

Awesome and brilliant location, directly on the lagoon which was amazing. Based near the vaporetto, St Mark's square-out the door and the post office.

Overall had really really nice stay with suggestions and support that helped us plan our visit. Location of hotel was incredible and amazing and the shuttle from the airport was a big plus.
