This newly decorated, immaculately clean property has free continental breakfasts and attentive staff. The rooms are well-equipped and they have an iron with ironing board, a mini-bar, and a writing desk. Own bathroom is nicely appointed. The location is perfect and incredibly comfortable, also to airport bus station.

The location was amazing, right by wineries and cafes. You could walk to a market and fabulous shops.

Marvellous and lovely location to catch the water bus, in the relatively quiet area. Besides, easy to get to Apollo Victoria Theatre. Spotless and unique units with a scenic view over the canal. Marble bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed, separate bedroom.

The bedroom was a decent size and brand-new. Had such facilities, like an ironing set and a writing desk. The location was magnificent - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Modern hotel with lovely atmosphere in a very pleasant area just off gondolas are kept and a restaurant with a tourist menu which may be recommended : the Taverna San Trovaso. Very good service and fair value.

Awesome and delightful options for breakfast with sausage, croissants, scrambled eggs. Great and lovely location - just off the restaurant, and an alley about 3 feet wide. Situated only 1 km from Museum of Liverpool.

It was in the central location by water taxi directly from airport. What's more, it was short walk to all sightseeing and Grand Canal, restaurants bars & wine bars which do n't charge the tourist prices and Giudecca.

The venue was great value and beautifully decorated, I appreciated the stay and the location was excellent just off the smaller canals, the major attractions and a fab local taverna and gelato shop. The place had a lovely atmosphere. All the services were very good. I came here for 6 nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Wonderful and clean hotel, glorious views over the Venice gardens. Adequate and delightful breakfast with variety of food. Fine food and top-notch service. Great and fab location to the main bus station, good for visiting Venice. Near to quiet canal near the Accademia bridge in Dorsoduro, and the maze called Venice.

The breakfast was awesome and delightful with cereals and croissants, as example and attention to detail. The location of the property was great and decent, close to all the great sights of Venice. Moreover, it was near harbour, the water taxi stops and the Accademia and also the Zattere vaporetto.

Walk from a palace and a church, overall the location was good and lovely. The morning breakfast was awesome and plentiful with including fruits, cheese plus continental fare.

There were double glazed windows, an iron and ironing board in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The continental breakfast had a good selection.

A huge variety of food for a continental breakfast.

I stayed in this modern hotel for 6 days, had thoroughly enjoyable experience, liked its excellent location not far from several bridges with stairs, the center of Venice and two vaporetto stops Zattere. The continental breakfast offered a huge variety of dishes. Throughout the day staff were highly efficient and excellent.

The rooms are well-equipped with PANORAMIC views. It boasts a handy location; very close to Accademia vaporetto, the Accademia and also the Zattere vaporetto, and the Rialto bridge and San Marco piazza.

This nicely presented hotel had a central setting to all important sights. We had the suite and it was romantic in the venetian style.

The hotel was clean and staff were amiable, everything was perfect. Terrific service, even though a few employees were not that friendly. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect - just 5 minutes' walk from a present church. Our stay there was really good.

The room was kept clean and available with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was astonishing and delightful and complete with tasty rolls, pastries plus cereals. The stuff was honest and courteous, top-notch services.

The property is clean; romantic rooms; very comfy bed. The staff is amiable, an absolute asset to this the place. The continental breakfast is awesome with bacon and freshly made tea, for instance. All in all they offer terrific service. Moreover it has good wifi to surf the net etc.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, great value place. We were there for 6 days, everything was incredible, loved its unbeatable and incredible location close to the port, the Accademia and also the Zattere vaporetto, and almost all of Venice. The vibe here was lovely.

Modern hotel with incredible location on an alleyway off a side canal that is being dredged, and the breakfast was astonishing. I greatly enjoyed the Venetian-style building and my very good sized and brand-new room. A tub and shower facilities were available there:)))

polite and courteous team, they made me feel welcome. the location was incredible and decent, for example, a wide canal was within walking distance of the hotel. the airport was 15 km away.

Central location near a water bus stop. Nearby Bar ae Maravegie - great place to chill out. Units with private balcony. Nice design.

Our room was neat and complete with well equipped clean bathroom, 3 wine glasses and excellent aircon. The service was absolutely good. The location was decent, not too far away from Carmini. Also was walk from restaurants and bars.

Had a such great stay with our service. It was in a very central setting between to major vaporetto stops. The food they offered was fresh, had lots of meals.

the hotel's next to grand canal and church of san giorgio maggiore was easy to reach. we greatly enjoyed the food and staff, everything necessary for a vacation was provided.

Rialto bridge could be reached without difficulty as it' s 1 mile away. We liked the staff and location and excellent prices. Good breakfast for the start of the day.
