Make sure you stay in the deluxe twin room with a dining table, separate bedroom and Prosecco. The breakfast is good, with juices, pastries and meats.

I had a memorable stay and would stay here again, thank you. This small hotel had excellent views. The staff were courteous and nice and offered guidance. The location couldn't be more exceptional and brilliant easy to access from the Giglio waterbus stop. Further, it was close enough to Close to San Marco square, Italia and the canal.

The location was great: a supermarket and little stores where within walking distance. Consistently courteous stuff, everything was superb.

Views appeared to be not very good.

The rooms are nicely decorated and neat here with sofa beds, view on the piazza, for instance. The breakfast is great, available with cakes and sweet pastries, as for instance.

The venue is exquisite and well priced with proactive staff.

The room was luxurious, good-sized and had a small kitchen, air conditioning, and a living area. Had ideal and comfortable location near to the port.

The location in a calm area was super and exceptional and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. The room was stunning & gorgeous with sofa beds, Prosecco and fresh fruit.

Got great breakfasts and overall had a perfectly pleasant stay overall on vacation. The room we booked was luxurious and generous sized with 3 long sofas. The location was perfect in a supermarket nearby.

Magnificent location, at a short distance from a grand showpiece square. Found in a perfect area near to the various orchestral concerts in the chapels.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a fabulous area, right by Piazza San Marco and Duomo, the ACTV taxi stand, and San Marco square and the water taxis to go to different cities/ islands. The location was marvellous and lovely, a minute walk from a cathedral church. Moreover, there was a lake within 15 mins walk from the property.

We had deluxe room, and it was bright with twin beds. The location was great and lovely - very close to vaporetto, all the main sights and center.

The location was excellent and fantastic, near to all the main sites in the islands and The Fenice theater in first place, in a perfect area. San Marco district was worth exploring.

Exquisite and clean place, amazingly nice and accommodating staff with the receptionist about this. A calm area, great and lovely location near to also to the gondola which crosses the Grand Canal, which was kind of out of the way, and an internal square🙂

Everything was very comfortable, including efficient staff and ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location in the centre of San Marco. The room was good sized, with modern bathroom facilities. The very good service, which we really enjoyed. Late check-out was useful. You guys made our stay perfect.
