Incredibly beautiful property with helpful staff and unbeatable location right on the canal. The family room with dining table as well as great view. Comfortable design.

The unit we got was well decorated and new-fashioned with great view and comfortable beds.

Everyone who works in the hotel is nice and amiable. Great location as it's and next to the island, Venise and the center. Don't forget to explore Dorsoduro district.

Double room with comfortable beds, great view plus dining table was ready when we arrived. The personnel was courteous, and the host too. The location in a quiet area was great and cool. A bus stop was walking distance to the venue.

Had marvellous and cool location in the center of the city. Moreover, it's right by boat to the airport, and a lovely quiet area.

Nicely decorated and modern unit with an electric kettle and refrigerators.

my room was reasonably spacious and absolutely perfect thanks to the affable staff. location: the hotel was just off venise as well as the center of the city. spent a nice evening at al casin dei nobili, located a short walk from the venue.

The setting is cool and incredible, not far from good cafes and a gelati shop as well as the center of the city with side sea view...

The staff were amicable and courteous day and night. It was modern, beautifully decorated and with 3 beds.
