Small hotel in a nice quiet area really close to Venice and the surrounding islands, the island of Venice and the main centre. A good choice of food for the American breakfast. The hotel was in an excellent location minutes from a lagoon and a harbour. Close to restaurants and cafes, it was a bonus. The room was nicely furnished, the bed was great, fairly clean bathroom. The American breakfast included a huge variety of meals.

we had quadruple room with an electric kettle, central heating and a tv. the staff was amicable and excellent, offered to visit some nice places. location: the hotel was near to the boats and excellent restaurants on the fondamenta della misericordia.

The double room is huge and has an electric kettle, central heating and TV. The American breakfast with tea or coffee is the highlight. The location is excellent and stunning, it is next to a ferry port.
