Can be described as a really nice experience, would be happy to recommend. It's a modest good budget hotel nestled in an original style building. The staff are really good, managed the parking on-site. The location is unbeatable and near a bus stop. The great restaurant even for the least expected breakfast is a nice plus.

The staff was pretty friendly and pleasant and the service was friendly throughout our stay. The room we booked was neat with cozy balcony, literary a toilet, as example, overall the experience was just perfect.

The hotel had a great location to the airport of us. Besides, it was next to a taxi which cost about 10 euro as well as Venice at 23 p.m.

Our room with a double bed was decent size and cheap with nice beds.

Got the same triple room with all basic amenities booked online, truly enjoyed that. Magnificent location and overall the staff was really good and very welcoming. There were a small supermarket and supermarkets around the hotel.

Neat rooms with with all the necessary equipment. All in all particularly good and ideal location, near to restaurants, the Accademia, and the center of Mestre. Nearby Bar Cubic - great place to chill out.

This place was original and the staff was amazingly nice and incredible. The room was neat with all basic amenities, everything was excellent. A storage space, a safe box, and a balcony were available here. The setting was good, not far from the bus station, the airport and bus stop to the airport and Venice and surrounding islands. There were a good choice of restaurants to eat, like Pizzeria Tre Punto Zero that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a modern area, near to the center and good restaurants in the area. The breakfast was great with croissants, fruit salad plus coffee & juice, and the team was pleasant and kept the space fairly clean. The service was all in all friendly. I spent 1 night here and thoroughly enjoyed that.

Fancy classic queen room with the bedroom, a double bed, as for instance. Excellent position close to a bus station. Found in the modern area.

Decent sized unit with a double bed. Perfect location, easy to get around Venice by a bus station located close to the hotel. Enjoyed quiet area.

Fairly clean and quaint place, great breakfast with a good choice of options. Breakfast with coffee & juice, pastries, juice.

Cheap classic room was neat. Really enjoyed a bidet in my functional bathroom. The staff were gentle and highly courteous and the location was incredible on the main islands.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

The location of the property was marvellous as we were close to main Venice, and Mestre train station from Florence.

It has pleasant restaurant and particularly good location close to St Mark's Square. And it's by Fiume Marzenego - Osellino Foce 1.

The total stay was pleasant for one or two nights. The hotel provided good prices. The staff was decent in all services. The setting was perfect, really close to the airport and bus stop to the airport as well as restaurants within walking distance. It also was back to Santa Lucia train station.

The hotel was located short walk to venice bus station, and bus stop and airport. The personnel was amiable and welcoming. We spent 1 night in classic queen room. The location was decent, close to the aeroport, with an exceptionally good view. Moreover, it was 4 km from Parco San Giuliano.

This location was peaceful and handy, very close to Venice, the train station and the center of Mestre, the airport and the train station. The stuff was affable, attentive with every request.

Ok bathroom with a shower. It is near a bus stop. Our favorite hotel in Venice, we would be happy to recommend it: D
