Everything was great, personnel was very friendly. The downstairs bar was lively, truly enjoyed this place. It was a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay, fantastic and nice place.

Everyone was active as well as host. The location was excellent, not very far from The Cavern Club. Btw, went to city centre, located within a close distance from the hotel.

We had a nice bedroom. It also had a luxury bathroom and comfy beds - all for a just perfect stay. The location was magnificent and lovely, near a railway station, so it was really easy to travel around. The folks were active and accommodating.

Some of the staff were rather noisy.

Its location in Venice was marvellous and stunning, close to a lively square with lots of bars, and the center. We liked this hotel and would stay here again when in Venice.

the location was great as for me, really close to great restaurants, a fish market, and a local and less touristy vibe, and the square and nearby streets. modern room with 3 windows, good storage, kitchen, the staff was lively, whenever i needed help.
