Overall had decent stay for 3 nights. Everything was good, elegant and perfect room on the top level.

The setting was excellent, close to water taxis, gondolas, and ferries, the equally famous canal and Close to the cathedral. I came across The Cask Pub & Kitchen, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, offered nice shots. I enjoyed slices of fresh bread and eggs served for breakfast.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were abrupt.

Everything is good, really enjoyed my time here. This hotel offers a delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs, normal fare such as croissants plus croissants. The location is marvellous and brilliant and they have parking nearby. Btw, it's set in a beautiful area near to the centrum and the Bacino di San Marco and the Island of San Giorgio.

Ideal, clean venue with prime and spectacular location really close to St Mark's square and the airport boat, Venice at a wonderful location and the Venice lagoon. Substantial breakfast with spectacular view of the lagoon for the start of the day.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a perfect time. The service was exceptional, the staff were hospitable and knowledgeable. Substantial and enjoyable breakfast, they offered bread and eggs.

Exceptionally clean and bright rooms with a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe. A good choice of options for breakfast, delicious breads and eggs. Wonderful and perfect location not very far from Riva degli Schiavoni. Exceptional service, parking nearby.

Offers unbeatable location in a tourist area. The staff has always been really helpful.

The staff were hospitable, the breakfast was delicious and everything was very good. Our room was bright and impeccably clean, it had down pillows. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, for example, Doge's Palace was not very far from the hotel.

The hotel had an excellent location within short walking distance to a gothic-renaissance church. It also was at the better water taxi station. The breakfast had a wide array of options: fresh bread and eggs.

It was a chilled-out base for our such great stay. The personal was very pleasant and amazingly nice. The location couldn't be more great and amazing on the waterfront. And it's not too far from Ristorante Canal Grande, ate there once or twice. The food was appetising and excellent, included fresh bread and eggs.

I got classic queen room for 1 night with great views of the lagoon, the Island of San Giorgio, for instance, appreciated it. The breakfast was delicious and generous, especially bread and eggs.

Wake-up service, available in my superior queen room, was a nice bonus. It had a comfortable bed and included a reasonably good bathroom terry dressing gowns, a shower cap, and fresh towels.

Some people working there were abrupt.

The hotel was ideal with magnificent and unbeatable location really close to Close to the cathedral and airport. Substantial breakfast with lots of fresh bread and eggs to satisfy every guest.

The superior king room is inviting with a fantastic view over the Bacino di San Marco, the water at San Giorgio Maggiore, stunning view over the lagoon.

The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. A classic double room with a view of the lagoon has basic facilities you need. The breakfast was generous, we appreciated variety of meals.

So glad we chose it, spent 2 amazing days here. The location was great and brilliant, and we could reach a gothic-renaissance church by walking. The staff team was consistently courteous and pleasant.

It was in a prime and absolutely ideal location with Riva degli Schiavoni nearby. There was a lovely restaurant relatively near the hotel.

Location: the hotel was near west Venice, restaurants with very easy access to ferries, and the St Marks square and the water bus stop. Cafe Cafe Florian located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Bright and elegant rooms with fabulous lagoon view, enjoyable breakfasts. Private parking nearby provided. Very pleasant and amazingly nice staff during our stay.

Delicious breakfast with appetising breads and eggs. All in all marvellous and amazing setting close enough to Venezia as well as Locanda Vivaldi.

All in all everything was very good, had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights. The rooms with great view of the lagoon, st marks basin, as for instance were well-kept and a nice size. The location was prime, right by a harmonious church. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

The hotel had a spectacular and best possible location right by a harmonious church. They gave us a superior queen room with great view. All the staff were competent, hospitable.

Perfectly pleasant stay for 3 nights. Clean hotel in a very pleasant building just off St Mark's square and the airport boat, Venice, and the airport. A good choice of meals for breakfast, including bread and eggs. Comfortable beds in our superior double room.

Location adjacent to east, and water bus. For shots visit Oriental Bar, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel...

Beautiful and fabulous accommodation with awesome setting close enough to sights / restaurants and the laguna. Delicious food for breakfast at the terrace. Excellant service overall and parking nearby.

The location was brilliant, you can visit a harmonious church by walking. Besides, it was right by the centrum, Venice and a glass factory. The breakfast was delicious and substantial especially fresh bread and eggs they served were appetising:)))

The room faced the canal. We would love to go back if we go to Venice...

Met Restaurant is located within 300 feet from the hotel. All in all a WONDERFUL experience. We greatly enjoyed our stay in locanda vivaldi.
