Charming small, small property. Beautifully decorated, bright unit with a couch, and very very helpful staff. Excellent and incredible location to Marco Polo airport. Superb bar area.

Great value and reasonably large units with pretty view, extra pillows plus a very spacious bathroom, and the staff were knowledgeable. The location in a particularly good area was unbeatable and there were a local supermarket and local supermarkets nearby.

I asked for queen room and it was a decent size with pretty view. This hotel was located in a very central area adjacent to the quaint alleys, all sights, airport/island ferry stops and local supermarket, and the main areas.

The place was ideal and brilliant and the staff were superfriendly, the location was magnificent in lovely neighbourhood. We had the suite which was a nice size and tastefully decorated with private bathroom. The room had coffee, complementary tea, and a mini refrigerator plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Location: the hotel was just next door to restaurants and cafes, and the lesser-known places to eat.

Functional & nicely decorated unit with a couch. A wide array of supplies in the room: a high ceiling and a kettle. Good and magnificent location for our needs, very close to Rialto Bridge, San Marco, many wonderful restaurants and water bus.

Fantastic location short walk to the ferry station as well as the Rialto bridge, easy check-in. For tea or coffee visit Pasticceria dal Conte nearby. Venetian-style building, well-equipped and tastefully decorated rooms with good air con and spacious bathroom plus a couch.

Ideal place, comfortable beds, amicable staff. Beautifully decorated and very well furnished room, shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet in the room. Particularly nice views towards street. Marvellous and comfortable location to the harbor & the boat stations in a particularly good area. Besides, very convenient to Chiesa di San Zulian Church.

I had a really enjoyable stay. Liked my 3 nights stay. The location was nice - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. Found in the good area, the hotel offered reasonable prices. The room was tastefully decorated and huge with smoke detectors for my safety. The bed was very clean, and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable.

We were there for 6 days, everything was great, really enjoyed its particularly good and magnificent location right by Fondamenta Nuove vaporetto, ferries for Murano et alter and the San MArco.

The setting of hotel was marvellous, close to all the sights. And it was also just off local supermarket as well as the vaporetto stop.

It has GOOD restaurant and excellent and wonderful location very close to the boats to get to the islands. Besides, we truly enjoyed the lake, located within 10 mins walk of the hotel.
