We didn't have time, so we would definitely come back there.

Very impressed with twin room with fridge.

The room was huge with bath and the staff reasonably good and knowledgeable. A private safe, a minibar, and central heating were good. The location was INCREDIBLE and amazing, adjacent to the major attractions and the Locanda Sant'Agostin in January '06. Spent our evenings in nearby The Constitution enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

It offered us perfect location not far from the restaurants as well as the main square.

Had wonderful stay overall, intimate place and the weather was wonderful. Superior room with water views, had essentials required. Everything was good, including beautiful room decor.

Intimate hotel, it has good restaurant and amazing location in a wonderful neighborhood. Everyone is reasonably good and highly courteous and hostess too. The triple room is tastefully decorated and has a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. It offers great services. They serve a continental breakfast, loved this place.

All good — we enjoyed this small hotel — the food was outstanding and the staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The property was close to Rialto and St Mark's Square, the Locanda Sant'Agostin and anywhere, including the bus and train stations thanks to its particularly good and excellent location.

0.5 km from Venice Marco Polo airport. Central heating, a work desk, and multi-channel TV in the room and the very comfy bed. Fabulous food including coffee, slices of fresh bread, cereals, yoghourt, and boiled eggs at the breakfast.

The staff were reasonably good, and the room was nicely decorated and well-appointed with good air conditioning.

The place is immaculately clean and wonderful little. Make sure you stay in the triple room with fridge. The employees are reasonably good and knowledgeable.

A trendy boutique hotel with great food. Competent staff throughout. Wonderful, fantastic location in Venice, right by the Church of S Paulo Apostolo and restaurants at a variety of price levels. Situated only 1 km from a wide canal.

The setting was amazing, short walk to cafes, bars and resteraunts close by and the Rialto Bridge. When it was rainy outside we decided to visit Osteria da Filo, nice place to chill.

Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, I would go back in flash. I have had a such wonderful experience, this intimate, clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. The location was marvellous and fantastic, so close to all the main tourist attractions, both Frederico and Leonardo and restaurants and sights, in a relatively quiet area. The staff were extremely polite and the rooms were neat. I liked the courtyard.

The breakfast offers a wide array of coffee, bread, cereals, yoghourt, and boiled eggs. The location is good as it's close to cafes, bars and resteraunts close by, the maze like streets of Venice and restaurants where the food was great, prices were OK and tourists were for the most part non-existent.

The venue was in a very central location so close to restaurants and sights, train station, and boat stops and all the attraction points. I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant-style building and my pleasantly furnished and neat room with a view.

Greatly enjoyed our trip here and will certainly stay here again. The place was ideal and clean. Had a relaxing stay in our reasonably large room. Central heating, a work desk, and multi-channel TV were great. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice in case of questions.

The location was marvellous and charming, to the Stan Stae stop! Everybody was welcoming and exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with bath.

Stayed here for 1 day, loved the hotel, it was reasonably clean with perfect and magnificent location away from the main tourist area. The staffs were knowledgeable & active. The food on offer at continental breakfast was fab. The service was terrific, that made the property excellent value place. We had the most thoroughly enjoyable few days there.

Such a very relaxing stay on our next visit to Venice. Great location - extremely close to an ornate footbridge. Positioned in the relatively quiet area, not far from the centre of Venice, Venice during the hot spell in June and the Locanda Sant'Agostin in January '06. A good choice of food available in the courtyard.

The hotel was good value with knowledgeable personnel. The location was perfect and excellent, on the beach with easy access to a market and shops. Everything was simply fantastic.

The location is particularly good and perfect, 2 km from Doge's Palace. All in all they offer great service.

We booked neat and delightful rooms with large bed and lovely bathroom plus a nice balcony. The staff was efficient and highly efficient in all services. The location was marvellous and best possible for walking around a large historic public square.

Best possible location for our visit to Doge's Palace at a walking distance from the hotel. Set not far from the train station, St Mark's Square and San Marco in the very nice area.

Loved my nice stay for our fast visit. The hotel had a very central location and it was near a Baroque marble palace.

the nearby restaurant, osteria da fiore, was as close as 1000 feet from the hotel. staff went out of way to help. thank you all for our enjoyable stay, we would be happy to recommend it to everyone.

The hotel had an IDEAL location in Venice. We loved staying at locanda sant'agostin.
