It has comfortable setting to picturesque canals. Plus, it's in Castello district, so close to the Arsenale and Giardini at the Biennale, the water taxis and St Marks square and the piazza san Marco;)))

We had the economy double room and it was bright and complete with a private bathroom, fresh linen, pastries.

The location was brilliant easy to get to from the Alilaguna shuttle from the airport and the staff here was lovely and good. Besides, it was very close to the Arsenale and Giardini at the Biennale, Locanda Casa Querini and San Marcos sights.

What a comfortable stay, no reason to complain. Quirky hotel with local food and stunning location just off Piazza San Marco, Venice, and Santa Maria Formosa. Delicious breakfast and lots of goodies. Square view and excellent service. Everything really good.

Our rooms were spotless and huge with shower. The location was marvellous and particularly good, for example, Teatro Malibran was just a short walk away from the hotel. Moreover, the area was very nice.

The staff were very friendly and hospitable whole time of my stay. Location: the hotel was close to other water transport, a quiet and private square and San Marco. Cafe Cafe Florian located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Simply nothing to complain about, very lovely stay. Clean place with square views and efficient staff. Local meals with hot drinks. Location next to a quiet and private square. Also, to the Murano Glass store.

Comfortable stay for value for money, nothing to complain about. Small hotel in a very nice area very close to the Doge's Palace, and the Murano Glass store. Large bed in the twin room, plus central heating, a multi-channel TV and a writing desk. Great location and very good facilities.
