The location was marvellous, 0.5 km to Marco Polo airport, perfectly reachable. The room was reasonably spacious with the cute balcony, I felt comfortable there. The staff I met where great.

I had a satisfactory breakfast with soft croissant, jams plus bacon. My double room was silent with the cute balcony. The location was incredible, a 10-15 minute walk from a wide canal.

The hotel was quiet, I appreciated its amiable staff. The bedroom was nicely decorated and accommodating. The breakfast was rich and plentiful and complete with ham and soft croissant, for instance.

The setting was amazing, short walk to the main attractions of St Mark's Square, Cannaregio and a vaporetto stop which is great for going to San Marco area. We were moved to a double room with the cute balcony.

The units are well decorated and silent with the cute balcony. The staff are excellent and efficient, they keep the place perfectly clean.

The place was reasonably clean and we loved superior king room. The room we had included central heating and a work desk. The location was unbeatable, for example, a train station was not far from the venue. Cafe Bake & Cake located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

It was fairly clean and the staff were great, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Had a plentiful and satisfactory breakfast with jams and bacon and cheese. This lovely hotel was in central location very close to a vaporetto stop so perfect for getting about. I tried some drinks at wine bar Cantina Aziende Agricole, located 5 minutes walk away.

We truly enjoyed this place, it's gorgeous and quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location close to a bus stop. It offers a good authentic restaurant and has affable staff.

The property is exceptionally comfortable and the staff is superfriendly. The restaurant food is local, and the breakfast offered is rich with good croissants, salami, cheese. The hotel boasts central location near vaporetto stop. Btw, it's set in Cannaregio district just off the square and all the shopping area, and waterbus.

Overall such great stay for a short visit. Fairly clean place with great staff. A wide range of food at the satisfactory breakfast.

Loved my very very good stay for a short visit. I asked for a double room and the one given was huge and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms here were big. It was based in spotlessly clean building in a magnificent and incredible location, to the water transport on the Grand Canal.

Thoroughly enjoyed our room that was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and available with a beautiful balcony view, the cute balcony, a good bathroom. Our hotel was in a magnificent and fantastic location, close to a bus station. Cannaregio district was worth staying in.

I would say it's brilliant base for staying and exploring Venice. The double room is tastefully decorated with wine. The property's location is magnificent and incredible, very close to a square off the main street that was quiet and safe. Cannaregio district is worth your attention. When I am in Venice, I like staying here.

Everything was perfect, yet we stayed for 2 nights only. The breakfast had lots of options: cereals, croissants, toast and biscuits. Location: the hotel was near Venice and the train station and boat stop for the airport. There was an authentic restaurant nearby.

Cosy and amazing units with a good bathroom, wine plus lovely Venetian chandelier on the ceiling, and the staff were attentive!

We were in an incredible and handy location within walking distance of a historic casino. It was located in a quiet area not far from night life, restaurants, and a vaporetto stop.

Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with the view of the street. The location is handy, right next to vaporetto stop.
