The room is gorgeous and fairly quiet with air condition, everything is good.

The breakfast was good and available with a quick espresso and great coffee and eggs, the staff were nice and kind. The location for Venice was great and unbeatable, right by the water taxis as well as more nice restaurants.

It has magnificent remote location to the cruise terminal. There is a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Gino's that is only 5 minutes' walk away, we loved where it was located.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a personal safe, central heating, and an electronic key card in the double room.

Very convenient because of a bus station located minutes from the hotel. Lovely building, attractive and new-fashioned rooms.

Trendy boutique hotel in a nice quiet area close to the train station, which gives easy access in case of early arriving or leaving, St Mark's Square and the main tourist area, and Italy.

Bright room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location was marvellous and fantastic.

Nicely appointed hotel in a nice quiet area near to the grand canal with lots of restaurants nearby, San Marco and bridges. Really nice bed, a nice size and well-equipped room with a personal safe, central heating, and an electronic key card.

The staff was welcoming and my stay was great, would stay here again. Enjoyed Venice, the hotel was pleasant to gondolas. The location was unbeatable and handy, within walking distance of a landmark bridge. Further, it was just next door to train station, shops and more nice restaurants and waterbus lines. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was early.

The staff were polite and accommodating, gave us great tips. The location was handy, and we could reach a Longhena-designed church by walking. This hotel was in a good area.

The room was always kept clean and available with WiFi as well as water dispenser. It was cool, bigger then in most Venice hotels.

We were offered a spotless room with breakfast included, everything was good. The location was incredible, not too far from a landmark bridge. You could walk to shops and chemist's.

A triple room has everything you need. It's our place to stay when in Venice!

good value. great location, budget hotel, loyal staff. 10 mins walk to the centre. being minutes from trattoria alle lance was nice, we had dinner there.

A train station was great for travelling. Trattoria Povoledo, which is placed only 400 metres away, is a nice dining choice. Rialto bridge was easy to reach...
