The venue was excellent little, I enjoyed the location adjacent to bridges, more "local " neighborhoods and ferries to the nearby islands, and sea views. The hotel had a central setting on the grand canal. Cannaregio district was worth visiting.

I was offered a room with wonderful views of sea. The staff were caring and the breakfast was good. The location was central, perfect to the vaporetto stop.

The hotel itself was pleasant and fairly clean and the staff were incredibly kind, it had stunning location extremely close to everything.

I would love to stay here again thanks to central location.

Units with fresh juice & coffee.

Immaculate and modern units with hair dryer, a beautiful Venetian style, for instance. Good customer service.

New-fashioned room, beautifully maintained, with a great-sized bathroom. Exceptional garden views.

It made our trip to Venice a great experience. It was a small hotel.

The breakfast was full of satisfactory options. Last time we stopped we had a new-fashioned, beautifully maintained room with fresh juice & coffee, hair dryer and spacious bathroom.

The stay here was very very good for 3 nights. They provided a satisfactory breakfast with freshly baked bread, hot bread rolls, croissants.

The bathroom was extremely small.

The services were very good. I got neat, new-fashioned room with comfortable bed. Location in the heart of the city was a plus.

All the rooms are great-sized with fabulous balcony and the staff are amiable. The location is good and amazing, 2 km from a grand showpiece square.

Quiet atmosphere, a lot of amazing dishes.

The location was unbeatable, close to Ca' D'oro Waterbus. Plus, it was close enough to a fantastic restaurant, and canal. Our room was a nice size and en suite, the staff was attentive!

The suite was en suite, everything was good. Location: the hotel was near to a side alley as well as Mestre.

Enjoyed Venice, the hotel was charming and comfy to other populated areas. I had opulent, stunning room complete with a view of the outside world as well as a queen bed. It had central location close to an art museum.

Overall it was well-appointed and beautifully maintained on our bedroom. It was decorated in the Venetian design. As for us, the location was unbeatable, so close to more '' local '' neighborhoods away from the Grand Canal as well as attactions or restaurants in the area.

The place was pleasant, nothing too much trouble, would recomand. My suite and bed were extremely comfy. The personnel was affable and attentive. It had central location close to Pescaria Fish Market.

Superfriendly staff, immaculate and en suite rooms with a view of the outside world, continental breakfast, as example. Unbeatable and easy location, not too far from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge...

Easy location - close to a Gothic church. Only 15 minutes walking to downtown🙂
