Savoury breakfast with wonderful croissants was available. The location by the canal was peaceful and decent. Besides, it was right by Campo Santa Maria Formosa, churches and San Marco and the other wonderful sights of Venice.

Our room was elegant and quiet with plenty of pillows and a cupboard plus hair dryer. The personnel were great and gave us loads of advice. We walked everywhere, the location was great, to most important areas of Venice.

The staff team was very kind at any time. We had a unique guest room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. An air conditioner and coffee worked well.

We loved the single room which was airy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the view was LOVELY. The location was unbeatable and incredible, for example, an ornate footbridge was not too far from the hotel.
