Enjoyed our really nice stay at this hotel and would definitely come back there. Good small venue, everything was brand-new. Amazing and lovely location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed.

The location was quiet - near to a nice quiet area of Venice, nice restaurants and shops, and vaporetto stops. Dorsoduro district was worth visiting. The room was nicely decorated, with a jacuzzi bathroom.

Newly furnished, romantic unit with a sofa, WiFi plus a washer/dryer. Paid £ 116. Location - magnificent and absolutely perfect, not far from central Venice and two useful vaporetto stops: Academia and Zattere.

The location is magnificent and very pretty, at a short distance from Basilica of st Mary of Health. It's in a very elegant building in the very quiet residential area.

The breakfasts were good with freshly-baked pastry and great coffee, for instance and all the staff was caring!

The hotel was wonderful small and the location was quiet and excellent near all attractions and amenities as well as the big art gallery. The staff were very very helpful and attentive in the entire venue.

The place was clean, I booked the small queen room with street views, everything was excellent. The decor was nice and the atmosphere was quiet. The location was unbeatable and exceptional, close to a museum gallery. What's more, it was very close to all the main attractions, vaporetto stops and transport...

I liked this hotel, it was fairly clean and quaint. The staff were attentive and an absolute pleasure. My superior queen room had central heating, a work desk and a multi-channel television. The bed was comfortable; and there was jacuzzi. The location was exceptional, only 5 minutes walk to an art gallery. Plus, it was just next door to San Marco, Venice, and the Giardini.

My stay was very lovely here. Liked how charming small and unique the property was. The location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of a museum gallery. This hotel was located in a very pleasant area.

Excellent and very pretty location close to all amenities, easy to get around. And near the vaporetto stops as well as many cafes and restaurants and Academia and Zattere. Superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, newly furnished small room. Variety of supplies in the room: a minibar, central heating and a TV set.
