Got the same suite booked online, truly enjoyed that, and the staff were nice people who was very ill mannered. And btw it was elegant and had exceptionally comfortable beds.

The venue is clean, with great and incredible location very close to the city center, St Mark's Square, Museums, beautiful Churches, the Vaporetto and the Grand Canal, and Palazzo Grassi.

Everything was fine, breakfast was sensational. The double room was nicely decorated with a decent bathroom and the location was excellent. There was delightful food, the staff was best and friendly. We appreciated the hotel and would definitely return here.

The property was fairly clean and staff was really helpful and very attentive. We had classic queen room with a marble bathroom. Complimentary wireless internet and a safe were provided for a pleasant stay for the price.

Coffee & tea makers and a fridge in my double room were a very thoughtful addition. The bed was comfy and the bedroom was lovely big.

The breakfast is gluten free with a wide range of things to eat and drink. The staff is best, excellent. The airport is 15 km away.

The hotel's location was particularly good and lovely close to vaporetto station. And it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Pisanino Restaurant, ate there couple of times. The room was airy and charming little, had comfy beds and STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL views. The food was amazing and the breakfast was outstanding.

It was nicely decorated, airy and with a view. Thanks to a very good service I had a very nice stay. Could use their good parking.

Excellent breakfast with yoghourt, it had so much choice. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from a cathedral church. There where great stores and shops around the hotel.

Quirky place with best employees on explaining our situation. Location close to all the major sights and Interpreti Veneziani's Vivaldi concerts and St Marco. Also, near enough to attractions...

Recommend it, our stay here was really really nice. Pleasant authentic place, it has magnificent location close to St Mark's Square, the Accademia, and so many great stores, a quiet alley, and Interpreti Veneziani's Vivaldi concerts and St Marco. Fairly friendly staff, they smile all the time.

It was a great hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed it. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus.

The small double room was elegant, it included TV with satellite channels, a safe and a writing table. In addition, free WiFi was handy. Worth its 3 stars.

One of the dining options, ristorante da raffaele was 5 mins walk away. We had an nice stay here that met the demands.
