The room was spotless, airy with a view or a balcony.

The location was marvellous and fantastic, for example, Doge's Palace was not very far from the hotel. A market and a little store were right next door.

Fine breakfast for all tastes with the cheapest option and a decent meal, as for instance.

The hotel is BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED with free Wi-Fi and a good value. In a good and incredible location short walk from bars and restaurants. Great service within 15 km of the airport.

Satisfactory options for breakfast with espresso and crossaints, as example. Ideal handy location, to all the main sights.

Clean place & wonderful staff. Absolutely fantastic units with a bathroom and tea plus candies. Fab, brilliant location close to pretty much everything. And next to restaurant and day-time as well as the Accademia and lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

I booked triple room with all the toiletries and the tub plus great air conditioning.

We had cereals, pastries, eggs and cheese for breakfast, it was delicious!

Thank you for an awesome stay. It's a delightful small hotel nestled in an original style building. The breakfast has fine options with a croissant, espresso plus fresh baked bread. The staff in general is wonderful.

Intimate boutique property with cooperative and efficient staff in a good manner. Appetising meals. Easy to get to, excellent and amazing location very close to the Vaperetto stops, a really cute square that is probably even better in the spring and all the top attractions. Besides, easy to get to a classical 17th-century palace.

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a shopping area, adjacent to the ferry stop, the Locanda Art Deco and bridge and vaparetto. Courteous staff and the location was great and lovely. Luckily it was close to Bar All'angolo, had pastries there when it was chilly outside: D

A wonderful little and unique hotel, my first choice in Venice. Spotlessly clean accommodation, affable staff in a good manner. A good choice of food at the breakfast, including cereals, pastries, eggs, and cheese.

Property was quirky, with caring staff and comfortable location to the vaporetto stop.

The hotel was located so close to various restaurants and cafes as well as a water taxi. The room was compact and vintage with a wonderful en suite bathroom and a view or a balcony plus cookies, had the best night sleep. I loved a comfortable decor.

The location is charming, right near Accademia. The room is impressive with candies, WiFi, as for instance.

The bathrooms are quite small.

Reasonably clean venue with satisfactory breakfasts and courtyard views. Comfortable beds in our triple room. Location really close to the cafes as well as the ferry stop.

My room with nice bathroom facilities was compact. An electric kettle, climate control and an individual safe available were an advantage...

Lovely experience, nothing bothered me. Here I stayed close to some popular places such as museo della musica...
