The bedroom was a decent size and new-fashioned. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet were available there. The location was great, on how to get there from the airport with easy access to a bakery and boutiques.

The place was quirky and had very very helpful staff at check-out, appreciated the stay. The small double room I stayed in was en suite in true venitian style. The location was magnificent - really close to key sights such as Rialto Bridge as well as all shops.

The location was excellent and wonderful, overlooking the canal. Also, it was 4 km from Saint Anne's Well.

Everything was perfect, the room was functional, the location was stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the good restaurant and the food was freshly made.

Romantic hotel with knowledgeable staff at check-out and free Wi-Fi. Comfortable beds in our double room. The decent view on the canal. All in all perfect and beautiful setting so close to San Marco, the kind of personal service rarely found in hostels.

Its location near the tourist spot of venice was perfect and stunning. Moreover, it's next to the Venetian sights as well as all the major tourist places.

It's an unusual and clean hotel, rooms are great-sized. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is freshly made.

Unbeatable location in San Marco district adjacent to other areas of Venice and Piazza San Marco and other amenities. Lovely bed and neat and en suite room. Fresh food for breakfast.

Everything there was good and the staff were incredibly nice. All the services were excellent. Food in the modest restaurant was fresh.

This was a really really nice stay on holidays. It was an excellent location short walk to key sights such as Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square, the Santa Angelo boat stop and far from the crowd. Plus it was 5 mins drive from bacino Orseolo.

Romantic and clean property with great service and good value. Attentive staff, en suite double room. The most important - stunning and lovely location close to Sant' Angelo Vaporetto stop. Also - adjacent to vaporetto station S. Angelo, all the major tourist places and water Taxi to S.

The place was clean, I booked the double room with canal views, everything was beautiful. The hotel had an excellent and lovely location right next to Palazzo Cavalli-Franchetti. It was across the nice quiet area.

Lots of freshly made options for meal. Great location, right in the centre of the main town in Venice.

Had restful stay for our 1 night in Venice. In general the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The hotel had indeed a great and stunning location near everything. Plus, it was so close to key sights such as Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square, sampling from the amazing bakeries in Venice, and the boat stop.

Loved reasonably large and en suite double room with double beds, felt like we were home.

Well-equipped and tastefully decorated units for kids too. Appetising and fresh food.

Flexible staff, clean and romantic hotel. Modern room in venetian style, good offer. Venetian design. Great service and excellent location really close to vaporetto station S. Angelo, and the water buses on the Grand Canal. Again, walking distance to a restored 15th - century palace. Simply no complaints, really really nice stay.

The workers were excellent. There were coffee and a TV in my small room. The bathroom was reasonably sized, it was nice to have bathtub.

Tidy hotel in a really nice building adjacent to bridges and Piazza San Marco, Basilica di San Marco, Palazzo Ducale and Ponte dei Sospiri. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Large and en suite room with the twin beds, a sloping ceiling plus the bathroom, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Flexible and lively personnel at check-out. Stunning, wonderful location further away from the centre.

Overall - charming little place with gentle staff at check-out. Good location very near the Santa Angelo boat stop, small restaurants in the local area🙂

Lovely little, tidy hotel with excellent service. Comfortable location in a nice quiet area, really close to also nice neighborhood to dine, and Buranno island. Besides, easy to get to an ornate footbridge.

The total stay was nice for our 1 night in Venice. Overall it was neat with cannal view.

The location was great and absolutely perfect for walking around a grand showpiece square. The staff was accommodating, always there to help. Small room was new-fashioned and the food was freshly made.

The room was big for kids too with a lovely bed. The location was wonderful and beautiful, so close to the centre of Venice, very easy to get to St Marks Square and vaporetto station S. Angelo. A cool bonus was Gelateria Paolin, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

This is a well priced and charming little hotel that has a quiet atmosphere. Great-sized rooms for washing up if the bathroom was occupied and the location is lovely. Excellent and gentle staff at check-out, everything is perfect. The restaurant is good and the food is delicious!

The location was perfect, you can visit Saint Mark's Square by walking. The service was all in all great.

We truly enjoyed staying 2 nights here. The place was clean and incredibly beautiful, it had very very nice and courteous staff at check-out. The location was marvellous and beautiful, just 5 min walk from a wide canal. This hotel was in a pretty quiet area close to Buranno island, many attractions and shops.

So close to a bus stop in Venice. Fantastic decoration of the room...

Hotel was placed right by such tourist sites as st marks basilica. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose locanda antico fiore. San Marco district was worth staying in.
