Spotless and fancy units with a view over the canel below, a balcony, the double bed, nice employees. The marvellous and fab location for the price, close to Venice train station as well as St Mark's Square. Besides, easy to get to a grand showpiece square.

Incredible and comfortable setting in the safe area, very close to Venice where space is at a premium, and gondola. Besides, easy to get to Scala Contarini del Bovolo.

I found the hotel's location magnificent and stunning, very close to the center of the bathroom as well as restaurants. All the staff was knowledgeable, fixed my issues.

I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was wonderful and clean. The restaurant was great for breakfast, I tried hot dishes. It had things I needed, including a balcony, coffee, and a closet space. The location was marvellous - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. This property was in a good area.

Had cheap room with en suite bathroom and a balcony, coffee, and a closet space. The location was fab on a canal which runs to the Grand Canal. Had tea and goodies at Hard Rock Cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

It was a lovely little hotel in a busy area, short walk to alilaguana transfer to airport, Near Water bus line and the beautiful Venice. Croissants, cereals, and pancakes were better than expected.

There were tastefully decorated rooms with a big bed. The staff was really helpful and gave us great advices. The location was excellent and perfect with a gondola station close to the accommodation.

The rooms were charming little and brand-new, had smoke detectors for safety.

The room was charming little in venetian style and they provided wake-up service when I asked. The location was amazing, really close to a vaporetto stop, san Marco, vapoureto, and alilaguana transfer to airport and taxis, in a very quiet area. The team provided a terrific service. In general the staff were excellent and decent.

The location was GOOD, close to a picture gallery. Distance to the airport was just 15 km. Comforts of good sized and well heated queen room with a balcony were fabulous.

Got cheap room with double balcony, venetian style, as for instance. Perfect decor. Pleasant facilities in general, marvellous location to the Doge's Palace.

Really had really good stay for 2-3 nights of stay. Spotless hotel in a very pleasant building close enough to Venice, literally about 100 meters from St Mark's Square, the gondolas right out the door, and water bus 1. Helpful, knowledgeable staff with smiling face. A wide range of options, freshly made food.

My room was compact and cheap with nice view, a larger bed, bathtub. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from Doge's Palace😃

The location is central. The airport is 15 km away. The staff in general is knowledgeable.

Actually everything was really good. Booked a room with double bed. Every staff member was pleasant and attentive. Location: the hotel was right by San Marco square and Venice train station. San Marco district was worth staying in.

Best base for traveling to Venice and exploring local places. The beds are good.
