Airy room with luxury bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows. Exceptionally comfortable bed, a minibar, central heating, and iron and ironing board. Lovely area, central location just next door to the main attractions, the ferry and shops, the S Zaccharia ferry stop and San Marco.

It offers big and silent rooms with windows over Campo S, great shower and large modern bathrooms, spent our time lovely.

The venue is special and quaint, its location is excellant, just off all the attractions, including of course St Marks, the vaporetto/alilaguna, and walking paths.

Overall it was compact and large, with a functional bathroom. The service was first-class in my opinion.

We loved the economy double room which was well-appointed and extremely pleasant with view. The staff was so very helpful in managing every request. The hotel was set in a central area short walk to the town centre, things to see and one of the Biennale main venues.

The breakfast was served in the courtyard. The excellent staff helped us during visit.

I had really really nice days staying at this small hotel. Amazing location very close to the Zaccaria vaporetto stop, efficient staff, everything was great. The service was first-class, I was offered a free breakfast with bacon and fruit, for example.

My 3 nights in Venice were such wonderful! The room was big and silent with a king bed and with smoke detectors for safety measures.

Our accommodation was set in a central location right by Venice during the Coronavirus outbreak, the main attractions, the ferry and shops and St Mark's Square. Castello district was worth staying in.

Airy & new-fashioned room, a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV with satellite channels in there.

Exceptionally comfortable small place, it has marvellous location not far from lots of restaurants and San Marco as well as many other sites, restaurants and shopping.

The room was compact and extremely pleasant, complete with a king bed as well as good shower.

The hotel rooms were neat and compact with a bar, light bathroom, for instance. Perfect service was provided.

Marvellous and gorgeous location right at the canal was a plus. I randomly popped in Bar Zitelle serving some pastries, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, it was nice. The continental breakfast offered a wide array of dishes.

The location was marvellous, you can visit a grand showpiece square by walking. The service was perfect, including the really nice onsite restaurant. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Venice.

The courtyard was good for breakfasts. The staff were lovely friendly, marvellous and good location in the centre of Venice. The service was absolutely first-class.

Wi-Fi signal was not very good, made me a little nervous.

Nice stay, as always. Wonderful and tidy accommodation with marvellous location very close to Murano and Burano as well as the water buses. Big size room and luxurious bathroom with a hairdryer, a bidet and shower caps.

The breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful and the place was neat. The hotel location was perfect so close to everything & yet quiet & cosy. Castello district was worth exploring. I had extremely pleasant compact room with a private safe, a mini bar and central heating. The bed was great with hypoallergenic pillows.

Free, marvellous breakfasts with meats, eggs and bacon plus yogurt. Marvellous and gorgeous location with restaurants and bars in front of the place.

The deluxe queen room room included a minibar, central heating, iron and ironing board, we were happy about that. Location: the hotel was adjacent to all the attractions. Cafe Cafe Florian located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Worth its 3 stars. This hotel was amazing base for exploring Venice, really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly from the moment we arrived. There was a small balcony facing the canal.

The hotel was easy walk to st mark's campanile and very close to st marks basilica. For sure we would stay here again❤

There was a small balcony with the canal view. Just a walk down to the bridge of sighs and other tourist spots. The room was lovely, the staff was HELPFUL. The breakfast was great and met all required needs.
