Very good building and double superior and good little rooms with a balcony. More than adequate and great breakfast, savoury food. Perfect and exceptionally nice location - a short way from a historic casino. Genuinely helpful and very attentive staff interactions.

Booked queen room, that included a writing desk and a telephone. Its location just a short walk away from a wide canal was great and fab. The stuff was pleasant and catered to my every need.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. Ideal and incredibly comfortable location in walking distance to the Venice's train station, met the criteria. I enjoyed the hotel's Irish bar.

perfectly comfortable and easy location, it was a really enjoyable stay for one night. there were a shopping street and boutiques around the hotel. the restaurant was really nice at a decent price here, i had amazing dishes.

The hotel was in a marvellous location, walk from a train station. I had some drinks at Osteria dei Sapori, positioned 300 metres away. I was offered a more than adequate breakfast on sweet foods.

Their staff were very unfriendly.

Liked our guest room with a window to the backstreet, balcony views plus a third single bed. The hotel was placed in the central location to airport or islands around venice from terminals Guglie or Novamente Forte. Besides, we were short walk to San Marco square and the San Marco.

Some of the staff were not very helpful.

Barely a 5-minute walk from cannaregio, which was ideal for us. Choosing for lunch trattoria ai do fradei, which is situated 200 feet away was a good idea. We really enjoyed la forcola
