Perfectly clean hotel, really enjoyed to be really close to a quiet island Erasme, predominantly market gardens and a short ferry ride to St Marco, Venice, garden and the main sights of the city thanks to stunning and absolutely incredible location. The food was tasty with a lot of choice!

The hotel was picturesque and in a secluded location. I tried some drinks at bar The Cask Pub & Kitchen, located 5 minutes walk away. The room was quiet and huge and the bathroom clean.

Very comfy beds, a terrace and a balcony in the room. Superfriendly and fairly friendly staff with good manners. Private parking on-site provided. Not to mention free wifi!

The breakfast was good with barista coffee and omelettes, for instance and served by the amiable staff.

I lovely spend 3 nights in Venice. I was upgraded to impeccably clean and huge quadruple room with a balcony. Location: the hotel was adjacent to a very quiet island, and the ferry port. Venezia-Murano-Burano district was worth visiting.

My stay was relaxing here. Enjoyed how picturesque and perfect the property was. Incredible secluded location close enough to the main areas of Venice as well as the overcrowded alleys, bridges and thoroughfares of Venice. Also, it was 6 km from Torre dell'orologio di Murano. It was huge and big size, good enough for a longer stay. Really enjoyed bidet in my private bathroom.

The hotel was overall clean and reasonably spacious. A great selection of tasty options for meal. The standard queen room with WiFi, ac plus bathroom. Overall exceptionally nice location very close to a village-like nature and island.

Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with the view of the garden. The property's location is particularly good and incredible, so close to St Erasmo island, a very quiet place, perfect for a relaxing stay as well as the centre. Furthermore, it is 4 km from the touristic places like a Venetian lagoon.

The staff were accommodating and exceptional, doing great job. Actually, the room was huge, it also had a hair dryer, a bidet and fresh towels. Appreciated its garden views.
