It was large, cosy and with a/c. The location was excellent and stunning, not very far from an ornate footbridge. Most of the staffs were very friendly.

I had a fairly nice experience here, everything was spotless, the location was marvellous near to all the shops and restaurants, the center of San Marco where Doge's Palace and the centre. The twin room was cosy, included a mini bar fridge, an individual safe and air conditioning...

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

I truly enjoyed to be in this place. I spend 3 nights in Venice lovely. The location was super central, magnificent right in the centre. Moreover, it's right by all the shops. The staff were great and made me feel comfortable.

We appreciated the twin/double room which was large and well-designed with a/c. The location was good and magnificent, metres from Saint Mark's Square. The restaurant was located within 100 metres.
