Magnificent and fantastic position in Venice.

Plus, the location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, minutes from Jewish Ghetto.

The place was comfortable and gorgeous and restaurant was nice. We stayed in a reasonably spacious room with fridge, and greatly enjoyed it. Fantastic service, even though a few employees were average.

The breakfast itself was cold, can definitely be improved.

Thank you for a fantastic stay. The venue is fairly clean, with marvellous and stunning location just next door to the Centre of Cannaregio, many great bars and restaurants and a convenience store downstairs. The onsite bar is good, the barmen offers warm drinks. The hotel provides a fantastic service.

Their breakfast is cold, can definitely be improved.

It's a pleasant place, fairly clean. The staff are nice and welcoming, giving their best to make the stay a fab experience. It boasts incredible, wonderful location near to restaurants, shopping and the vaporetto as well as the canal-Station Guglie.

The breakfast was lovely with pastries and the usual cereal, as for instance, and the facilities were great. The location was excellent and perfect, at a walking distance from a historic Jewish quarter. The hotel was in a particularly good area, very close to the Veneto, Near to shops, and the bus station.

Clean place with nice staff members and canal views. Immaculately clean and budget rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed. Gorgeous breakfast with a great selection of meals. Great and brilliant location - a walking distance from Palazzo Labia.

High-class and well-kept units with fridge. Unbeatable and incredible location close to Jewish Ghetto. Walking distance to convenience stores and local stores across the street.

The location is fantastic and magnificent, in front of the canal in a very quite street. All in all they offer good service. The staff is knowledgeable and best and accommodates all of guests' needs.

There is bad smell in some places.

Rooms were a nice size, everything was great. The breakfast was lovely with really good coffee, hot beverages and the usual cereal, and the staff were extremely helpful and very amiable. The location was excellent and perfect, because the train station was based walk from the hotel. The property was not too far from Venice downtown. Thanks for the very pleasant stay, thoroughly enjoyed this place, I would stay there again.

I truly enjoyed the functional-style building and reasonably spacious room with bathroom. The service was absolutely fantastic.

Perfect little hotel located so close to the local restaurants mainly populated by locals, the canal in a lovely area of Venice and the bus station and the train station. A great service and gorgeous breakfast. Free Wi-Fi provided. Particularly good and amazing location, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Palazzo Labia.

Average staff!

High quality and nicely furnished rooms, just what was needed. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Palazzo Labia was magnificent. We didn't have time, so we also would come here again🙂👌😀

Would stay here again, the hotel was fairly clean, and location up to the canal was good. Location: the property was really close to the island murano and bus stations. Popped in Osteria Sottobanco for shots before sleep, it was within walking distance of the venue. Thank you very much for the great service you offered me, including shuttle to the airport. Moreover, free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property...

We had a FAB experience. In relation to the fantastic price paid, it was gorgeous place to stay with fantastic service.

My favourite property in Venice. Marvellous location right next to Chiesa di San Geremia Church. Close enough to a bus station, good area.
