Abundant and exceptionally nice breakfast with a huge variety of food, reasonably priced.

Clean accommodation, fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff when the chambermaids were cleaning the rooms. Heated and unique rooms available with an inner patio. Fine food, reasonably priced. Particularly good location by foot or boat from train station, great restaurants in the local area.

This place was exactly what we were looking for, would recommend. Thank you all for a very nice stay for an one night or a couple night stay.

By and large, it was newly decorated and pretty standard place with very amiable staff when the chambermaids were cleaning the rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect, next to iconic Accademia bridge & Santa Maria.

In overall, the place is recently refurbished, has attentive staff when the chambermaids were cleaning the rooms. It has perfectly comfortable location to see an art gallery. It's in a newly renovated building in the particularly good area.

The location was magnificent and brilliant, not too far from Doge's Palace. We lived in the double room with an excellent breakfast and coffee making facilities plus coffee.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of a satellite gallery.

Everything was very good, fairly friendly staff, excellent location adjacent to venice for that price, public transport, and restaurant. We stayed in the double room with view to the garden and loved it. We had a really really nice stay in a long time.

you guys made our stay good. the place was fairly clean and staff was accommodating. liked our rooms with a double bed. it had a nice interior. everything was lovely, nonetheless a few employees were not very helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our choice. We stayed in a guest room complete with an excellent breakfast, soap, the double bed. We had SUCH GREAT time at the hotel and will be back.

The room we were offered an upgrade to was stylish and included climate control and TV. The location was unbeatable, not too far from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels inside the room. Location: the hotel was short walk to downtown, local landmarks, restaurants, and water buses, and the grand canal...

Spend our time here nicely. The breakfast staff took care of us. Nearby la rivista restaurant bar - great place to chill out.
