Hotel provides appetising meals. Staff is very welcoming and you can park your car on site. It has incredible very central location to San Marco square.

Welcoming service and good-sized and well-appointed room with comfortable bed. Excellent and amazing location for visiting restaurants and bars.

The location is incredible in a nice quiet area, very close to Square, the private water taxi and the main sights and shops. The units are nicely furnished, good sized with tv.

Excellent and marvellous location, so close to Doge's Palace. Also - near St Mark's Square as well as many, many shops, sights and restaurants, transport to the property and the very centre.

Everything was perfect during 1 day, truly enjoyed its particularly good and stunning location just off so close to San Marco square and easy to get around Venice and the private water taxi from the train station. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice and very pleasant. Overall the service was excellent.

The service was exceptional, I was offered a delicious breakfast with juice, cheese plus cake. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned in venician style.

Loved this small hotel: fabulous food and very attentive and amicable stuff. Location: the venue was close enough to so close to San Marco square and easy to get around Venice, ferry and the Piazza San Marco. It also was close to everything.

There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was fab. Staff were excellent friendly, rooms were modern and equipped with original Venician style, aged 19 and coffee. The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from an ornate footbridge.

Stayed here during our trip, it was an amazing experience. The staff were all exceptionally nice and supper friendly. Loved the double room we had with very good blackout curtains. Distance to the airport was just 15 km.

Loved the price of our suite and its essentials. The location was incredible, for example, a wide canal was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Cute place, exceptionally comfortable beds, best staff. Spotless and fashionable room, shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet in the room. Cereals and fruit served for breakfast. Marvellous and best possible location very near St Mark's Square, and only about 20 minutes' walk to Venice centre.

The breakfasts with freshly baked pastries. Marvellous position close to everything, in the beautiful area. Again, not far from Doge's Palace.
