My favourite property in Venice. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. The triple room with utensils. What an affable staff. Excellent and stunning location to Palazzo Cavalli-Franchetti. Close to a ferry port, easy to get around.

I booked a single room with central heating, coffee/tea making machines and TV. The location was AMAZING and excellant, near to the city center, San Marco and Saint Marc's Square.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to St Mark's Square as well as Venice. Pizzeria C'e Pizza e Pizza was 300 metres away from the place. I had a clean room with utensils and toiletries plus a really good bed. An electric kettle and fridges worked well.
