Everything was great, personnel was helpful. Got air conditioned, individual room with bathroom, access to all of central Venice, for example. They recommended a stunning restaurant for dinner.

The staff were amicable, incredibly kind. Our double room was more than individual. It had a fairly clean bathroom, which is always an advantage. The hotel had amazing location just off central Venice as well as Ca D Or waterbus and Fte Nova waterbus the other.

The location was good, not too far from a cathedral church. The airport was 15 km away. The room of this place was big size and individual with bathroom.

Came here for 3 nights with my babies, everything was great. The location of the hotel was marvellous and stunning - relatively near a cathedral church. Great places to eat like pubs and bars were close by. The restaurant was superb, and the staff good and polite.

I truly enjoyed hotel's particularly good location. I tried some drinks at wine bar Bar Stella Polare, located 5 minutes walk away👌

The most important was the staff - amiable and absolutely kind people. Central location near to all main attractions, major places, and a quiet area of Venice, it was in a lovely area. Cannaregio district was worth exploring.

All the staff were HELPFUL, friendly. It was in a lovely location with an ornate footbridge nearby. A ferry port was walk from the venue.
