Our favourite, ancient hotel in Venice with amiable and exceptionally kind staff. Lovely design, great service in the entire venue.

Everything was excellent and met expectations. The total stay was very very good during our visit. The staff were very amiable, excellent location close to restaurants. Local fast food option Fontego delle Dolcezze was 10 minutes walk away.

This accommodation had a central setting close to restaurants. And it was also very close to the center of Venice, a garden, and the attractions in Venice. Apartment was wonderful and fantastic had hypoallergenic pillows.

The room was generous sized and the bathroom was fairly clean, I enjoyed it. Lots of food for breakfast, it was fabulous.

Everything was excellent, so were great views to a garden. It was exceptionally clean, good enough for holidays. The location was magnificent and fantastic for walking around an ornate footbridge. Moreover, it's near to the cruise terminal, magical Venice and transport links. I had very good days staying at this ancient hotel.

The marvellous and fantastic location was a minute walk from a large historic public square. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake. Incredible room with 2 beds, incredibly nice staff - everything was very convenient.

everything was perfect with generous-sized rooms. the location was decent, close to a stately grand canal palace. set in very nice area, cafes and restaurants were close to the hotel. the michelin star rated restaurant was particularly good and their staff was really helpful.

It has pretty good restaurant and marvellous location on the top of ancient house with pleasure view to a garden. The room is particularly good and well-appointed.

The apartment was huge, the bed was comfortable. Efficient and absolutely kind staff, they helped us with luggage. Its location was magnificent, near to the supermarket, the closest ferry station and San Marco and shopping streets.

I thoroughly enjoyed this ancient hotel for its quiet atmosphere and very amiable staff. The staff provided good service and helped me with luggage. Apartment was fantastic, the beds were comfortable.
