There were a large living room and a lounge in the room, liked that. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the staff there were very cordial and really kind. The hotel's position was marvellous, near to canal & garden, water taxi to the private dock and St Mark's Square and water bus stops.

What a fantastic stay, no complaints. Little place with nice views. Cordial staff and great location short walk to boats to Murano, a very close by grocery store, and all nearby attractions. Fairly quiet room & clean bathroom.

I booked nicely decorated double room here with large livingroom. The location was great and lovely - short walk to the canals. Had a really comfortable stay for 4 nights and would love to go back.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. I must comment on its central location - it was excellent.

The room itself was beautifully decorated with beautiful views, bathroom, as for instance and the breakfast was great. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast experience, the hotel served fresh food.

The location is central. It is found in a charming area. There is lots of excellent food for breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with access to a brilliant garden. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were available too. Location: the hotel was close to the main tourist areas, water bus, and drink for prices that are cheap for Venice.

Great and lovely location to Zacharia boat stop where you can get to anywhere easily and easy access to a good supermarket and small supermarkets. Brilliant food in the restaurants such as Ale do Marie, located 5 min away.

I appreciated this chic and charming place, stayed there for 4 nights. I had the queen room which was big size and fantastic with a great view. An electric kettle and a fridge were a nice touch. The most important was the staff - exceptional and incredibly kind people. The location was great, for example, a grand showpiece square was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. There was a delightful restaurant, a good supermarket and small supermarkets next door.

It boasts magnificent, excellent location short walk to Rialto Bridge and St Marco Square, and a super market. The staff is nice, that's an advantage, The units are bright, new-fashioned.

They gave us well-appointed and large queen room with kitchen. The atmosphere created was quiet!
