Beautifully decorated and spotless units on the upper floors, appreciated it. Had coffee/tea making equipment and refrigerators at our disposal. The location for our purpose was marvellous, walk from a bus stop. The personal was attentive and amicable.

I enjoyed tidy room, it had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe box, a minibar, and a sofa bed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of different options.

The convenient and excellent location was close to a Roman Catholic church. The staff were all affable, and the room was tastefully decorated and new-fashioned on the upper floors.

I had SUCH WONDERFUL days staying at this boutique hotel. I had neat marvellous room with an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities, and flat-screen TV. The staff were lovely, affable. The location of the property was perfect, in the heart of Venice.

Loved the executive junior suite we had on the upper floors. Location: the hotel was really close to both the train station and Venice. A cool bonus was barcollo, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The breakfast was delicious with local delicacies and fruit, as for instance, had everything you could want. Everyone was affable as well as host. The location was unbeatable and peaceful, at a walking distance from Palazzo Labia.
